The taste was ok.
Purchased for my brother who was having liver issues due to long term antibiotic use. He thought they tasted ok. Not sure if they helped, but his liver function is back to normal.

Not sure what was so great about the liver health here
I think this was more hype than reality. The liver does a good job of healing itself. I got these because I was drinking too much and thought they might help me recover. Not sure it made any difference.

Tasty and healthy
I enjoy these PB flavor ones due to no sodium and low sugar content. And they taste good too. Although the dark chocolate ones taste like Nyquil to me. So my recommendation is to stick with the peanut butter flavor.

Expensive
I used these for a snack. The chocolate ones were very good but I couldn’t eat the peanut butter ones. They had an odd taste. Also, really expensive!
