NERO: Alliance Series Book One

I read this after reading King (which is my favourite) this is also very good, loved their relationship and their love for each other portrayed so nicely. I really liked the characters, obviously King is the best character and story of S.J Tilly but this is my second favourite. Worth reading.

Payton, your strength and innocence are something else and I love you for the way you trust him.Nero, the way you become the rainbow of her dark life despite being the darkest shade of gray yourself is amazing.Nero and Payton are just made for each other despite the age gap and the different worlds they belong to. The way he despite being a monster chases away her demons is heartwarming. It was a sweet, spicy and adventurous journey that I loved reading!

Ok ok not good but not bad. There could be more character development and the girl could do better, idk something is missing. Possessiveness and obsession is there but something is missing

There is blood gunshot rocket launcher . But there is also cute dog coffee and cuddles. Must read romance book

This was a hot sweet and ott obsessed hero, the fmc is not my fav but I can get behind the whole trying to protect and care tropeIt was good and the smex was hot so definitely a good read.

It had all the emotions. The angst the mystery the romance. And Nero was the best bf ever. Can't wait for the next story. Just one wish. Let the woman have some spine. She was strong. Had to be. But spine means she atleast holds her own for 1 minute in front of the man. I hate it when they are badly hurt but still they just give in or rather melt in seconds.

This is my first book to read from the author and now I am going to read all the books of her. Definitely recommended for those who love dark mafia romance trope.🥵🖤Amazingly thrilling and very interesting. Their chemistry, love, everything... and especially the friendship between Nero and King... AHHHHH LOVE LOVE ♥️♥️.

I've been reading bad books lately I guess, good books are hard to find I swear. Moving on to the next book hoping it's unique and nice.

I devoured it in just a day it was super spicy a lil over the top with Nero being such a walking red flag but I was here for it it also had some sweet moments and just enough action I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick spicy mobster like romance 🥰

From the moment this book was announced i could not contain my excitement for it! It became an instant anticipated read of mine and i started counting down the days until i had this beauty in my life! I had to dive into The Alliance world right away. I devoured this book in one sitting. Whenever i pick up one of Ms.Tilly's books i know i am in for one unforgettable ride of a story and oh was Nero all of that and more! This book is utter perfection and i absolutely loved every second of it!Nero and Payton's journey had me hooked from beginning to end! Nero is part of The Alliance and Payton works at the Twin's café. When a man comes through Payton's patio door, her world gets shaken up. Nero can't get Payton off his mind and he's obsessed with her. Can Payton's light and Nero's darkness join together for something beautiful? Or will danger rip them apart before they can begin?Okay, the way Nero and Payton are brought into each other's lives is one of the most unique first meetings i have ever read! I was on edge, waiting to see how everything would unfold for these two. I loved peeling back their layers and getting the depth that truly got to me. The chemistry was undeniable and heat filled between Nero and Payton! These two had my kindle ablaze! Their connection got me right in the feels! 😍I related to Payton on such a soul deep level and felt like we were kindred spirits. She's one of the most beautiful and relatable characters i've ever read. Nero and his obsessive, protective, and wrathful ways had me falling head over heels in love with him! 😍 Every feeling he brought from his words to his emotions, he stole my heart completely just like Payton did.Yes, your honor, I'm in love with Nero and ALL his red flags. Stick a fork in me because I'm done. Nero has forever ruined me and I love him for it! I'll forever think of him and Payton whenever i see roses or anything rose scented, if you read this book, you'll know. 🥵🔥I thoroughly enjoyed getting into The Alliance world and what the other characters brought to the story, especially King!I highlighted so many parts of this book, here's just a few of my favorite quotes -"For you, I'm f * cking certifiable. ""I would dig my own heart out of my chest before I'd hurt you.""The villains always have more fun.""Because you're mine."This is one of my top reads of 2023 and my new favorite from this author!With Nero, Ms.Tilly has created such a dark, original, and oh so addictive mafia read that captured this heart of mine and left it's mark! She knocked the darkness right of the park! With every book, Ms.Tilly proves she was born to write and touch readers souls with her words. There are so many levels to her writing and i thank her for bringing all of them to us. I am so dang excited for the next book in The Alliance world! ❤️🌹Be sure to read the author's content warning.

I really loved this book . I was laughing out loud at some of the story and the MMC and FMC were soon good it made the book come alive. Totally well worth the read.

Nero is for the dark romance girlies who love a bit of humor with their red flags. This book perfectly sets up the tone of the rest of the series while giving us a romance full of swoony moments, intensity and incredible plus size rep!
