Great for Ham Radio Mast
I am using it for a Ham Radio mast. I have reinforced the cover with shrink tube and removed the top two sections for strength. There are good YouTube videos showing how to make the necessary modifications to telescopic fishing poles for portable antenna masts for wire antennas. Further, the cost is reasonable. I have ordered another one for a spare.

excellent fishing rod with perhaps one design issue
I ordered this rod as a support for a radio antenna which would be non-conducting. The rod arrived ahead of schedule and appears to be in general an excellent fiberglass carpie rod. However, when received the lower most segment (containing the rest of the telescoping components) had two longitudinal cracks which meant that the friction fit was not solid and there was a potential for further breakage. I reinforced the top of this section with glass fiber tape and it appears to have mitigated the issues. So: - check you rod when it arrives for longitudinal cracks affecting the friction fit of th lowest section - consider preemptively reinforcing the bottom section top rim with glass fiber reinforced tape - the vendor should consider teinforcong this section with circumfertiallyy oriented fibers for this section: this is the section which takes the greatest beating An excellent rod with this one mitigatable deficiency

Length is not as advertized
This item was not as described. Not 7.2 m long. It is 22 feet, fully extended, which is 6.7 meters. It is otherwise a decent product. If you want a pole that is 6.7 meters, it would be a fine choice, but it is not what I needed.

Dirt cheap! 7.2M
I like a long rod and this one delivers, 7.2m, about 23 feet long, and the price is nice. Unfortinately shipping is a bit slow coming from China, and packing is pretty bad. This is the second one I have bought and both arrived with minor damage. Still functional though. I haven't broke either one yet, though after breaking the very first tenkara rod I ever bought on the first day of using it, I am super paranoically careful. This brand is heavier than any of the others I have. Maybe that is a good thing, more material, less delicate? Time will tell. Anyway for the price, yeah, get this, if you want to try tenkara fishing. Oh, it says it's for carp. Uh, if you believe that, go ahead, but I only use mine for panfish, small bass and trout, that's it. A carp I am pretty sure will bust this rod into a thousand splinters. If you want to fish for carp, get a GX2 Ugly Stick and a KastKing Rover round reel so you can put some muscle on a bigger fish.
