Last summer I had very bad heel pain, to where I could hardly take my young dog for a walk each day or do many of the activities I enjoy. I purchased what feels like at least a dozen different brands of insoles and supports to try to find some relief. Some of the insoles I purchased were inexpensive, like these, and some much more expensive. Of all the brands I purchased Walk Hero gray insoles helped my feet the most and were most comfortable out of the box. Interestingly, as I thought the only difference would be the color, the blue ones I found much firmer than the gray color and hurt my heels and were returned. The gray ones seem slightly more padded, but still with excellent support, and are my go-to insoles. I probably have them in 5-6 pairs of shoes now and my feet have given me MUCH less trouble this year (unless I wear a pair of shoes without them for a day). I am now back to running agility with my dog and we are both much happier for it.

Solid arch support

These are very stiff and hard. And the turn up slightly in front. They're very sturdy but not even remotely comfortable.

Helps massively with Plantar's feet. Not as soft as others, as it serves a very specific purpose.

I bought these to put in my Dr martens for an upcoming trip to Europe, they hurt my feet so bad. Squeezed my toes and felt like hard plastic. I took them out and doubled up my socks and it was a million times better

Great feel and the arch is perfect.
