Barbra Lingerie Women's Underwear Light Control Comfortable Brief Girdle Panties 6 Pack

I'm very pleased with this purchase. I bought a pair of high-waisted panties years ago, and really fell in love with the fit. But the style seems to be difficult to find outside of the shapewear arena. I decided to give these a try, and I'm glad I did. I have a bit of a "throwback" body, with a big bust and booty, and a small waist that hits just under my ribcage. The low-rise panties out there today look atrocious on me and feel even worse. They tend to slip down my hips and bunch up, being very obvious beneath my clothes. I look best in form-fitting pencil skirts and sheath dresses because they highlight my waist, and the placement of the leg openings on these panties makes them nearly undetectable under clothes. The fabric is fairly thick with a wide waistband, so they really stay in place without being constricting. I agree with other reviewers that the waist could be higher, but I'm just happy to finally find some comfortable underwear. These do run small, so I suggest going up a size.

These panties seem to be very high quality. I'm very pleased with them. They do run true to size, but if you want a bit more control order down one size The ribbon bow and the little charm come off when the thread holding the tag on is cut. Someone asked about that in the questions. I will order more soon.

These are very nice underwear - but unfortunately I had to return mine. The elastic around the leg openings was just a little too tight. The elastic cut into my leg/ skin just a little too much. That said, surprisingly, these did not give me a big panty line through pants. It was just ever so slight - but I think the elastic was going to bug my legs. The fabric on these is like a thick stretchy cotton - really nice. A little support - but not much. Otherwise seemed as though they would be very comfortable. I bought a size XL (I'm a curvy size 14) - XL is usually plenty big enough. These fit great everywhere else, just the tight leg elastic. Everyone is shaped differently - it's hard to buy online without trying on in person - and get it right.

I have purchased two other sets of panties by Barbra Lingerie and they are perfectly fitted and give just enough "squeeze" to make me look a little less lumpy.This style doesn't quite come up to the waist and even though they have a panel are less supportive. Still nice panties and comfortable, but I prefer the higher waist and a little more support. These are for the stay at home days.

I love these underwear!!! They are true to size and have tummy control! They are very soft and comfortable and are of quality material. GREAT for everyday use. This was a really GREAT purchase!! Ladies, if you need comfortable, every day underwear with tummy control, then get the 6 pack of these. You will LOVE THEM!!!!! And or, if you have a friend or family member, get them some too. They are very comfortable and you will love the control and the material.

UPDATE: Be aware that if you return this item you will be shorted a 20% ‘restocking’ fee.I'm not sure who these were designed for but they most definitely didn't fit me. I followed the sizing guide and what I received was cut extremely tight around the leg, cut away (narrow fit) on the bum, but higher than my belly button with extra, saggy material on top. To top it it off, the front has an extra stitched fabric panel - why?? These are not tummy taming material, they are a stretch cotton blend with extra fabric/stitching to mimic a 'girdle'.

I carry my excess weight around my stomach and could not find comfortable underwear, they always rolled down which is very annoying. I am absolutely delighted with this product. The material is very soft and of excellent quality, I am a size 14 and the XL fit perfectly to my waist which is what I wanted. Very comfortable. Would recommend to any woman wanting comfort. Will buy again!!

These are perfect! They fit true to size. I wanted a full brief with good coverage, but not frumpy, dowdy "granny panties." These are very cute and feminine. Love the little pearl detail! They also have just the right amount of spandex for control to keep my jiggly areas in check. And they come in a variety of colors that I can coordinate with my bras. I feel confident and pretty wearing these :)
