This hasn’t been very durable. This clips which connect the straps at the bottom of the back have both gone and I’m forever re-attaching them. The popper at the small pocket went early on so the smallest bag sticks out a bit.Positives - really cool design, love all the pockets, really useful for both baby stuff and adult stuff.

Whilst the bag appeared to be a good investment and looked nice i was severely disappointed. The metal claps bent and no longer stay together so the bag is constantly falls of my back. I tried to find a seller to complain to but have not found an email. Complete waste of my money as even with duck tape attempting to keep it together it falls apart. I haven't even put too much inside the back to cause this issues. I would spend the extra money on a bag that actually works.

Such a nice bag... enjoyed using it, until the clasps at the back of the bag broke. Completely useless now as I can use as a rucksack 🎒 sad to say poor quality!

This is a beautiful bag but sadly within 2 weeks of usage the hook on the strap broke. The design and quality of the bag is poor. My previous bag was also from Bebamour but they lasted for years. This model however is poorly designed. I'm really disappointed!
