Loving this book of classical piano music. Great choices from Bach to Beethoven to Scott Joplin. I am a rusty grade five to grade six and am comfortable with playing these pieces. Shows fingering which is so useful. What would be good if it showed the tempo of it such as lento or presto and also pedal notation. Other than that very good choice and you can download the music to guide you along. Would be helpful for the pages to stay open. I have to keep flipping them back. Pagination needs improvement. My friend is complaining I am playing it every day but it is addictive and this is my hobby so I am going to enjoy it. Better than watching rubbish on TV.

I've enjoyed so many new intermediate pieces from this book. Its been produced with such care that you feel able to try each piece and know you will be able to play it properly. Many piano books have few pieces in but this book is generous so I will be playing from it for months. The pages are clearly laid out and it's a pleasure to use. I've only just tried the free audio files and they are a welcome addition to help me improve. This is the best book I've bought for years and its made me want to review it to encourage others.

This book is a good starting place for players who can already play and want to tackle some classics but are not at that level yet. Some of the pieces are very well done and are a joy to play. I didn't like a few but you can't like everything! Would have been better ring bound for easier turning of the pages. Overall a good book for learners up to an intermediate level.

I am very pleased with this book. It's very helpful and I am playing piano everyday now. Audio music helps to understand what is expected in the result, which I really appreciate.

The pieces in this book are a pleasing mix of well-lnown and lesser-known classics and the print is clear and easy to read. It's too complex for a beginner, but those doing grades 7 and 8 will find it easy enough to work through without too much difficulty for light relief from exam pieces.

The cd playing the music in the score was missing!Book bound VERY badly spine would not stay open!Printed on poor quality paper!

All the pieces sound great! Especially for the advanced beginner to intermediate player. Usually when you find classical music, that’s easier to play it doesn’t sound rich. I’m quite pleased and so far I’ve had many hours of enjoyment. The selection of music is wonderful.

For intermediate level in piano, this book 'Classical Piano Masterpieces' by Christine Levante is a 'must buy!With a whopping 65 full manuscript sheet music piano scores by famous composers from Bach, Debussey, Chopin, Liszt, Beethoven et al, the typeset is CRYSTAL CLEAR to read and the paper is sturdy enough for highlighting / making annotations etc.Also, the book offers a link to download the free audio tracks that accompany each tune and explain clearly how it should be played.Lastly, there's also a link to the book's forum community, so...all in all, an excellent buy from the publisher sontigpress.com.I highly recommend this book, however, if there is a downside and minor, at that, it is that the pages are glued in, but seem to withstand being folded over.Finally, a book well worth having!

Ci sono pezzi su pezzi per ogni livello, ma meglio prendere un insieme a caso di pezzi che vanno da principiante a virtuoso e renderli estremamente facili (compressi quelli già semplici di base) con metodi discutibili. Alcuni hanno anche fatto notare la mancanza di parti da vari brani.
