I bought this product as a gift for someone so i am not using it myself. Service was efficient and it came very quickly (less than 5 days upon ordering). The team was also very responsive to inquiries. The only downside is that its much thinner than i thought it would be and i wonder at the strength of it. Nevertheless, satisfactory quality (printing) and service overall.

We ordered this at the last minute but it arrived the next day. It is probably the best thing I have bought for some years, it is brilliant.

I bought this as a present for my grandparents and was happy to find it was personalised, I paid extra so it got delivered on time for Christmas but honestly I was that disappointed that I didn’t give the present over. You could see through the fabric pretty clearly, the stitching was loose and sticking out not finished, only one good thing was the writing was correct but that’s not hard to do when all you have to do is copy the letters! Very disappointed wouldn’t recommend, for me that’s over £10 wasted!
