My daughter does not have autism but does have adhd and has begun stimming where she wants to chew on her hands. She used to bite her nails but this is a new one. I stim where I'll play with my hair or chew the inside of my mouth, but hers is way more visible, and less socially acceptable, not to mention potentially harmful. I got her a variety of necklaces and bracelets she can use to chew and she's been using them at school, including this set. She is 8 so habit building is tricky but at least I know these are an option. The bracelets are basically the same as the spiral hair ties, so it looks like she is just wearing a hair tie on her wrist.

I use this to loop through other toys to make it easier to hold and so my baby won’t drop things as easily. He enjoys just playing with them on their own as well

We gave these as party favors at a birthday. The kids loved playing with them. Great for my high energy son when he has to sit still for a few minutes. My son is a sensory chewer. These were great as fidgets but they taste terrible like poison

I liked that he could wear it, since he eats his necklines. But I found he responded better to the. Hew stick rather then these bracelets and necklaces

This might be OK for light chewers. But for an elementary school who is an extra strong chewer and likes to botes off tiny piecrs, he was biting off little pieces of plastic that stuck out on the jewelry. I wouldn’t have even noticed the tiny pieces had my kid not pointed them out.
