Poor quality - one side totally dead on arrival - and a waste of time.
Beautiful packaging with multiple nested and fitted boxes. HOWEVER, I would have much rather they put that expense into the hearing aids themselves!One side was DOA, no sound at all. The other was scratchy and noisy. I have mild hearing loss and only wanted these to listen to the TV without having to turn it up too loud. But trying the one side that worked, barely had an effect. It got louder, but didn't allow me to turn down the TV while still being able to hear dialog. Poor quality and a waste of time. Returned.

working well for low to moderate hearing loss
Works 90% of time,10% loud noises such as plate stacking ,door slamming are too loud. Using very minimal volume settings. occasional ringing, very minimal ,if your hand near microphone. Have tried regular hearing aids and amplifiers. these seem the best, if they continue to hold up.The on-off slider knob quality could be better. Replaced the ridiculous short charging cord with a 2 feet long cord. I like so well that I bought a second pair for spare. I also purchased a 3 year warranty on Amazon, just in case. I found the smallest earplugs work best for me. For the low price,they are excellent for my low to moderate hearing loss. Been using about 2 months. No falling out of my ear problems.

Cuidado al ordenar no dice color a enviar. Supones que es color piel como en la foto y te llega turqueza-azul claro (bien visible) para el uso de una persona mayor y sin opcion de cambio.Fuera de esto el producto funciona correctamente.

Sound quality.
After trying 7 OTC hearing devices this one is the best. I can hear crystal clear, very comfortable in the ear, convenient volume control, background noise reduction "awesome". I recommend this device completely. No negatives!!!

Worked well but be careful
I had these for about a month and they were great in assisting my hearing issues but they just stopped working all together
