Good value for money
The first one we bought had a faulty catch and was almost impossible to do up. We sent that back and ordered a second which was much better but on closer inspection was found to have a dent in the lid as if it had been stored with something heavy on top of it. This did not affect the overall functionality and so we kept it but it was a bit disappointing that these things were not checked before they were sent out - hence the four star overall rating.

Very poor quality
I ordered this violin case for a birthday present for my daughter, and it arrived with a dent in the top (packaging undamaged). I ordered a second one which had a dent in exactly the same place. I contacted the seller who told me there was nothing he could do to quality control the product. The third case arrived damaged with a dent in the same place. For this price I would expect a violin case in perfect condition. Very disappointed. I will not be ordering another one.
