Tortillada - Taco Holders Set of 2 / Taco Holder Shell Stainless Steel with Wooden Serving Tray incl. 2 Ceramic Dip Bowls + Recipe Book

I do like a Taco from time to time as does my wife so when I saw this I thought that it would be ideal to use on Taco nights and ordered it.On opening, this is pretty much ready to use, just the ceramic bowls to unwrap and place on the board and it's done.The wooden base looks to be of a decent thickness and is smooth to the touch then finished with a clear lacquer. On the top of the board is the product name inscribed at the front and then two circular cutouts that hold the dip bowls and help them to not slide about. On the right hand side are two rows of folded stainless steel formed into V grooves that will hold three Taco shells on each side, this is where I had the problem. Maybe my Taco shells are larger than some others but when trying to fill all six of the slots I found the shells to be to wide and in the end I had to have them hanging off of the edge, this worked ok but they were not very stable for filling so we had to just fill them one at a time incase they fell off. The dip bowls are a nice size and have a decent finish to them, these I did find to be ideal for salsa and soured cream or anything else we might want to use as sauce.Overall, this is a nice set it's just a shame that it isn't an inch or two wider to accommodate the Taco shells better, next time we use it I will be looking for some slightly shorter shells so that we can use it as intended so hopefully we will be able to find them on our next shop.

Für einen Abend mit Freunden finde ich das Set ebenfalls super, da es natürlich etwas besonderes ist.Die Qualität und Verarbeitung überzeugt und sowohl die Dipschalen als auch die Halter haben einen guten Stand auf dem robusten Holzbrett.Auch das mitgelieferte Rezeptbuch überzeugt mit zahlreichen, abwechslungsreichen Rezepten auch vegane und vegetarische. Der bebilderten Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung kann man ausgesprochen gut folgen.Insgesamt vergebe ich verdiente 5 Sterne für Idee und Umsetzung und kann den Kauf nur empfehlen, insbesondere für Taco-Fans.

I love this little set. It’s perfect for a dinner for two and the recipient book is worth the cost on his own.

Das Tortillada - Taco Halter Set kommt in einem netten buntbedruckten Karton, in welchem es sich auch super als Geschenk eignet.Zum Set gehören das Brett, zwei Edelstahl Halter für Tacos, HotDogs, etc., zwei kleine Dipschalen sowie ein Taco Rezeptbuch.Die Tacco Halter stehen sicher und stabil auf dem Brett in den Vertiefungen, da verrutscht nichts, genau wie die beiden Keramik Schalen für Dips.Das Ganze macht einen sehr wertigen und stabilen Eindruck und Lust darauf, direkt den nächsten Taco Abend auszurufen um Freunden die Tacos stilecht zu präsentieren.Das beiliegende Rezeptbuch ist ebenfalls genial.20 verschiedene Taco Rezepte, vegan, vegetarisch oder mit Fleisch werden dort Schritt für Schritt in vier Sprachen und mit ansprechenden Bildern gezeigt.Ich bin begeistert und kann dieses Set nur weiterempfehlen.
