Excellent book loads of recipes well worth the money

I really enjoyed reading the notes and the history in this book, and the recipes look great. Haven't used it yet but it makes a great read.

It arrived in due time and I bought it at a reduced price in good condition. A delightful and valuable edition from King Arthur I thoroughly enjoy reading and tasting the recipes in my imagination before I attempt the baking. I just wish I could share!

I kept turning to the King Arthur website so I decided to give the cookbook a try. I enjoy the science behind baking and lessons that are included with each section. Many of the recipes provide suggestions or advise if it can be halved. I have made a few recipes already which have all turned out great. The pizza dough is great and does well in the fridge if you have leftovers.

This is my third cookbook and it is a little different from the other two. Great selection of recipes and some things I have never heard of before. A few recipes are rather large, so that is my only negative. The directions are clear. I tried the Boston Cream pie and it is delicious.

Great book, with great recipes and tips

I love this book for overall baking. Lots of good, tested recipes. Great instructions and tips.
