Color Coat is a specialty elastomeric coating formulated to restore or change the color of most vinyl surfaces, flexible and rigid plastics, carpet and velour. Color Coat is not a dye, but a fade resistant flexible and permanent coating.This kit also includes:  (1) Treated Cleaning Sponge  (1) Quick-Dry Microfiber Towel (1) SEM Color Charts Instructions: Step 1: Slightly wet the sponge to activate cleaning power and clean the surface.  Step 2: Softly wipe the surface using fast-dry microfiber towel to dry the surface. Step 3: Apply the coat of paint to your surface.
