Easy to swallow
Easy swallow which is very important to me. Not sure if I notice any difference but I keep buying solely because I can swallow them. I would recommend these as price and quality very good.

Good…gelatine capsule
I just wished I’d realised they were gelatin capsules (my fault)I don’t get any side effects from taking them. They are certainly easier to take than the infused oil!
