Great quality and doesnt look like a pump bag
Just arrived, and still need to use it, but the bag is beautiful- far exceeded my expectations. Great quality and doesnt look like a pump bag. Larger than i was expecting too, but not obnoxiously so. I should be able to get my laptop, personal items, pump, and lunch all in this one bag for work! Lots of pockets and 2 pump/insulated pockets - one for large pumps and one for medium pumps. Spectra fits perfectly in the medium size one. Update: been using almost 3 months and still looks new. The spectra pump is a little wonky in the pocket, but with the right angle i am able to leave it all hooked up and just plug in. Laptop pocket is a little tight, but fits. Spilled coffee inside and bm on the outside and cleans up easy. Great bag -

Looks nice but lacks functionality and comfort
I really wanted to like this bag, I read all the reviews and had high expectations. I was looking for something that could fit both my laptop and pump that still looked professional. The bag itself does fit in a professional setting and the luggage strap is a nice add for travelling.Main issue is that this bag is really uncomfortable. While I was expecting it to be big as it has to fit my pump, accessories, and laptop - the fabric materials are really stiff making it bulky and clumsy. The bag description states the pockets are thermally lined and while they do seem to be, they really did not keep my milk cold in the same manner as a cooler bag. I ended up having to put my cooler bag inside of the lined bag which cut down on available space. The top of the bag is way too narrow. Once I had everything packed, the narrow opening made it hard to zip the bag closed and also to get things in and out of the bag efficiently.

Great bag overall
I wasn’t sure I wanted to spend $75 for a bag I might use for about a year or less, but this bag really worked out. I was happy at how the bag arrived, complete with a dust bag and very well packaged! It looks very sturdy, and the material seems like a good, strong quality. It fits all my pumping necessities for a typical work day. The only thing that bothers me is that I can’t seem to fit my Spectra pump with the tubing connected. If I do this, I’m unable to take the pump out without it getting stuck on the pocket lining. I think this is just due to a snug fit. I just wish the pockets were maybe an inch wider, that would probably make for a smoother fit and make the pump easily removable (since the Spectra is a very awkwardly shaped pump).I love that the zip up compartments are insulated and that the straps seems very sturdy.I haven’t travelled with the bag yet, but I will soon, so I’ll update this review.Overall, I’m very happy with this bag. It’s very professional, sleek and discreet (exactly what I was looking for) which is not easy to find in a breast pump bag!

Not that great, Warranty is a joke
I was extremely excited about this bag. I had the Sarah Wells Izzy for my first baby and wanted something with more structure this time around, so I bought the Sarah Wells Claire bag. This bag has been disappointment all around. On a daily basis I pack my Spectra S2, a medela cooler with the ice pack and bottles, my pump parts and my work laptop. Outside those those things, this bag cannot hold anything additional. A wallet? No. A pen? Barely. A waterbottle? HAH! I was really hoping to consolidate my purse, pump bag, and briefcase so I wouldn't have to carry 18,000 bags into work, but I am still carrying multiple bags. In addition to the size of this bag being smaller than expected, the straps are uncomfortable and with the bag fully loaded up, it's fairly annoying to carry. Lastly, the zippers are junk. My main zipper has a feed issue which causes it to split open frequently, and one of my pump side zippers is ripping out. I contacted customer service to fix this, and while IT IS covered under warranty, there's a $10 shipping charge on warranty items! $10 - for a bag I only paid $90 for (Amazon Lightening Deal), and only plan to use for a year. No thanks, not worth it.

Should have splurged sooner
I put off buying a pump bag because I didn't "need" it and they are expensive!! I finally caved 9 months in and I wish I'd done it sooner, although I'm always happy to not pay full price. It feels very sturdy and durable. I did not have any issues with the stitching so far, and it fits my Spectra S2 well. I leave mine in to charge and to pump, and I feel like there's enough room for that. Every so often, when I zip my pump up with the backflow protectors still attached to the tubing, it presses the power button on my pump, and turns it on.I don't use the other side for a cooler because I have a pack it back that I keep frozen, and then put in the fridge to store the BM while at work. The compartments are useful and help me stay organized. I especially like the small phone compartment at the top for easy phone access. I think this would be good for traveling. It is pretty large, but it looks like a work bag, which is what I wanted. It doesn't fit everything I need in the day, so I still carry a separate lunch bag and then my pack it cooler sits on top. I can use the shoulder straps easily with one hand (not getting my elbow caught), which is important. I think the messenger strap looks useless. I think it would be horribly uncomfortable, but maybe that's just me.
