The bottle cap is advertised as spill proof pouring? This is a 3rd bottle that exploded spill into my face hands all over (OIL)!!!!!!#While pulling that stupid tab, it's filled to the brim, which is nice, but ends up on hands and face when pulled and gripped like a manly man..........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Also, a REPLACEMENT order of Same C8 version of oil product bottle CAP was Leaking and black wrapping and piece of cap DAMAGED with slight leaking but CAP NOT USEABLE FOR RESEALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I'M SENDING THIS LATEST C8 BOTTLE BACK BECAUSE THE CAP BROKE OFF AND WAS LEAKING THROUGH BLACK SEAL (CRAP)!I WAS IN THE BOTTLING AND PLASTIC CAP BUSINESS AND THESE "CAPS" ARE "CRAP" & TERRIBLE!I HAD SOME BETTER LUCK WITH THE C8/C10 COMBO OIL BOTTLE CAP...!!!!!!!!!!😃YOU WANT SPILLPROOF, FORGET OIL SPOUTS AND USE THE SAME CAPS AS NON-DAIRY CREAMERS LIKE COFFEMATE USE, ONE DIRECTION POUR IS ENOUGH!!!!THIS BOTTLE CAP IS DAMAGED BEYOND USE AND WILL BE SENT BACK SOMEHOW SEALED WITH YOU DUCT TAP, I GUESS!!!!!!!!!GREAT PRODUCTS THOUGH, JUST CHANGE THE FREAKIN CAPS DESIGN OK!!!!!!!!!!😤

I first tried Bulletproof Brain Octane Fuel. I'm a senior and I found at the very least it gave me more endurance. I was working right through nap time and on into Happy Hour. I believe there's some mental sharpness effect as well. I lost several pounds but am reserving judgement until I see if that's a trend. My daughter was trying Nuton because it was less expensive and was reportedly easier on the stomach than the Brain Octane. She gave me several days worth of Nuton to try. I found it did seem easier on the stomach and in other respects seemed indistinguishable from the competing product. I am now using Nuton and am very satisfied. I have not increased my daily dose above 1 tablespoon. I am using a $10.96 oil bottle (Amazon) to eliminate issues with oil drip and seepage and am very satisfied with the product. The oil is well packaged but be sure to remove the hard-to-see pull-off strip on the bottle cap before pouring.

I'm relatively new to the keto lifestyle and read multiple recommendations for the use of MCT oil, especially C8, for assistance in achieving and maintaining ketosis as well as helping with an energy boost, something I definitely could use! This oil is totally flavorless, which for me is a bonus. I can use it in my bulletproof coffee and salad dressing without having an impact on the flavor. I've read that MCT oil can cause some GI discomfort/distress when initially used, which I did not experience at all with this product, although I did start with a small amount (1 tsp) and worked my way up to 1 Tbsp over the course of a few days to a week. I don't get a huge energy burst, but I don't get totally fatigued until later in the day, compared to before I started using this MCT oil. Price is great fro the amount you get, especially of pure C8 from prices I've seen for other pure C8 MCT oils.

I've been using Nuton MCT oil (C8 & C10), purchased through Amazon, since last September. I have always kept my bottle of MCT oil in the frige, and it's stayed clear and completely liquid. In mid-June it was time to purchase another bottle of MCT oil, and I decided to try Nuton's Pure C8 MCT Oil. I opened the bottle and began using it sometime after June 17, keeping it in the frige (although I know refrigeration is optional for this oil).Lo and behold! I woke up this morning, started to make preparations for my "bulletproof coffee" ... and I found that the C8 oil had solidified, almost all the way through the bottle. Other oil in the frige had not solidified, so a refrigerator malfunction didn't seem to be the issue. The fact that it solidified in the refrigerator made me think that this couldn't be pure C8 MCT oil, so I wrote to the Nuton folks. Got a very speedy response. They wrote, in part:"Pure C8 oil will solidify when it is refrigerated at a cold enough temperature. I'd be happy to send you a replacement bottle although it will do the same thing."Pure C8 is more volatile to solidifying in cold states over other medium chains like c10 combinations. We should probably do a better job of explaining this on the pure C8 packaging."If your product does solidify from being refrigerated, it will not affect the product negatively."

I do not like the cover. I wish it was screw on. Mine does not seal air tight and every time I use it I get some MCT oil on things. When I grab the bottle the lid opens. For the price, I wish there was a better cover. Other than that It seems o.k!

Very cool packaging along with ergonomic bottle that is a pleasure, Not that Bulletproof's version presented any problems, it did not. Thus far I've noticed only positive effects typical of what one would expect from the accurate isolation of the caprylic acid component without any of the other medium chain MCT molecules that have a reputation for side effects. I've experienced no negative's thus far with this product. So I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Nuton is equivalent to the gold standard being Bulletproof's Octane Oil. I will always have a loyalty to Dave Asprey simply for the enlightenment I have gained from the incredible research he has shared via podcast & YouTube, along with his ongoing efforts to constantly uncover that which maintains and improves health and extends life cycle. Yet price will come into play for anyone attempting to conform with a healthy lifestyle and related diet that will in fact help us obtain success in the form of healthier and longer life.
