Was sent with a USA power adaptor and no uk option. Either have to buy a USA to uk adaptor or send it back. How is it allowed to send a product without the correct electrical adaptor. Very poor.

This effortless process has actually encouraged me to open wine more often, and it's a genuine showpiece when I entertain guests. My only two small gripes are that it does tend to wobble a bit when you set it down on the charging base, which feels slightly unstable—a slightly heavier base would solve this—and if you don't hold the bottle perfectly steady, the metal housing can sometimes slightly grate against the glass rim while the screw is descending. However, both of these minor issues are easily avoided by ensuring you operate it on a firm, level surface and keep a steady hand. Overall, it looks fantastic next to my other kitchen appliances, functions like a dream even after dozens of uses, and honestly feels like a steal for the price, especially considering the quality of life improvement it provides. After several other wine bottle openers (other brands) that did not last long, this one is THE wine bottle opener that you want to use. Sleek, yet quite hefty in the hand, it works like a charm. Just place the opening on the top of the bottle and press the button. The device's screw works its magic like a champ, and you can feel the torque induced while the cork is lifted. Just make sure that you hold the bottle securely, and that you let the mechanism stops by itself at the end of the opening. Then, press the other button to release the cork. Et voilà! If there is a little minus to mention is that the unit wobbles a bit when put back in its charging cradle. Not too much of a hassle, since the unit will sit on your counter or your bar, glowing a nice gentle blue hue while being there. I bought two other kits, just to be given away as gifts. BTW, the wife loves it too, and find it easy to use as well. Time will tell if this unit will last longer than my other brand's units, but so far it looks promising.
