Emeril Lagasse Dual Zone 360 Air Fryer Oven Combo with French Door, 25 QT Extra Large, Cook Two Foods in Different Ways, Up to 60% Faster from Frozen to Finish

this thing is the bomb, and i can’t believe we waited 2 yrs to get it! we live in a basement (last 2 yrs) and are using our laundry room as a make shift kitchen. no stove. we have an electric skillet, an instant pot, and a slow cooker to stand in as burners, but no oven. prime day had a great deal and it arrived in 2 days. we are baking (!!!!!) roasting veggies (!!!!!) and literally using it every single day. NOTE: other reviews mentioned that it gets hot to the touch while using. i noticed that the sides are still pretty cool, did not burn me to touch them for lengthy amt of time, and the back top and doors are where the heat is. still, it’s just like an oven door when you’re using the oven: do you put your hand on it and expect it not to be kinda hot? no. so we’ve had no issues or problems with the heat. as far as counter space goes, we pull it to the front of the counter and use it like that. then when it’s done and off, we let it cool for maybe 15 min and then push it back to the back of the counter. it’s perfect. there is a slim cookbook that comes with it, which i guess i didn’t realize so i purchased one. that included cookbook has been ideal. we roast veggies a lot, and we looked thru the cookbook and found the temps and times for squash, potatoes, carrots brussels et al. they are all part of other recipes, so look at recipes and you will find the info. we have used the air fryer function (you chose which function on the big dial on the front), the bake function, and both were fantastic. we are using this as one oven, without the divider. we installed the larger sheet pan on the bottom, right above the element, to protect it from grease and droppings, and then put the large wire rack on top of that. GENIUS. we purchased a 6 muffin tin bc hello we don’t need to be making 12 muffins at a time bc we will only eat them. however, our old 12 muffin tin fits just fine. we are also using muffin cup inserts and no issues. mention this bc i was concerned: would the paper muffin inserts start on fire in that small oven? nope, it’s literally an actual stove oven on everything we’ve made. even has an automatic preheat function. so far we’ve made egg cups for breakfast (there is not a recipe in the included cookbook—we googled egg cups to find the time / temp and they were great), roasted veggies, corn muffins, yorkshire pudding, trying to roast salmon for din tonight. all in all, a genius little counter top oven, controls are easy to use, it’s out of the box just wonderful. it even looks great. why are you still here reading this? go buy it.

Love this air Fryer oven. The dehydrator works great,. Need to still figure out the pizza 🍕 setting. I use the baking pan underneath the Fryer basket. It keeps the bottom clean. The dule settings make it so you can cook two separate foods at the same time.

Love this double door action. Cook one large meal or 2 small Nice air fryer for the money. Cooking chicken legs, chicken fried steak, and much more !

All in all, I think this is a great appliance. For the price and the way it performs, I would buy it again. We’ve had it for about three weeks now, replacing a Ninja dual air fryer because I wanted something that was completely stainless steel. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the trays provided are not stainless. At first, I thought they were, but then realized they have a coating. Avoiding coatings was the main reason I chose a stainless air fryer in the first place. Now I’m faced with either trying to find stainless trays that will fit into the slots (which will be difficult) or using the stainless basket and placing a cookie sheet on top. The baskets themselves do appear to be stainless. Unfortunately, some of the coating is already coming off the trays. Don’t throw away your toaster, because this will not replace it. On the positive side, it’s very easy to use, the noise level is minimal—much quieter than the Ninja—and it holds a good amount of food. We’re a family of three and have no trouble preparing an entire meal in it. The only reason I wrote this review is to make sure people know that although the appliance is stainless, the trays are not.

This air fryer is that and so much more. I joke that it’s my Easy Bake Oven bc I’m having so much fun learning to cook with it! I’ve had great success w the intuitively simple functions, great tasting meals, made more healthy with less grease—even bacon-so good! Very quiet while running, only hear the fan. Looks fabulous in my kitchen. Great safety tips & recommendations in the manual (an easy read)! So easy to clean and less heat in the kitchen without the big oven on!! Can’t wait to try more recipes. Grilled a steak to perfection, air fried pork cutlets, baked potatoes au gratin, perfected green beans, etc etc!! Was able to sync both sides and cook at different temps & times and have all dishes finish together! So cool!! Comes with multiple cooking dishes & crisper trays & a small cookbook. I ordered Emeril’s cookbook from Amazon ($15), which I used successfully! Many products now have air fryer directions on food packaging and the manual lists cooking temps & times for many common foods. This is my first air fryer & I’m learning & adapting well!! Did I mention EASY CLEANUP? Worth repeating!! Next, it’s hot wings for this Sat college football games. And I cannot wait to use it for Thanksgiving!!

My God I wish I would’ve just bought this three air fryers ago, but they were pretty high price at that time but unbelievable awesome product and if you get one, get the pizza stone, oh my gosh it makes your pizza totally different than you’ve ever had fast shipping to five star product. Thank you.

So much more versatile then the drawer models. Gave my Ninja 10qt away. Rotisserie is fantastic, the 2 section or 1 big one, excellent. One small disappointment is no big wire rack for use with big single use. You only get two small wire racks for the 2 sides. Bought large wired rack that fit on the large pan supplied Rotisserie holder bit flimsy as roast or chicken hard to hold with one hand. Still usable though. Better and cleaner then having to reach in to get food out. With a wireless thermometer meat, and chicken perfect every time. Even when using rotisserie. Insert get notification when right temperature go get ready to serve. Perfect every time. All the bells and whistles. Use almost every day now. Not like the basket type. Easier to clean (hint use tinfoil) Recommend and would buy again. P.S. Works fantastic with solar generator during power failures when oven is out. Grill, broil, bake.

I’ve had the Emeril for a few months now and love it. I used to have a basket type airfryer but wanted to move away from non-stick coating so I got this unit. I love the dual function as I’m often making two things at once. When using as a single unit it’s large enough to do most of my baking without having to use the oven. Some minor cons: -The drip tray is right under the heating element so it’s hard to put a foil liner underneath to keep the bottom clean. -Cleaning is a bit of a hassle when using the mesh trays as food and juices spill onto the heating elements. -It takes longer for food to crisp compared to basket style air fryers but you just need to adjust the temperature and time. But all in all these are just minor issues compared to how wonderful it is.
