Excellent purchase. I purchase the smaller Lagasse air fryer/toaster a few years ago, and it was awesome. Next step up had to be the XL. Fits 12 inch pizzas and 13x9 pans with ease. Being able to split the oven in halfm is great for cooking at different temps, or just toasting on one side.

Im glad I got the French door design! I can cook on both sides or just turn on 1. I live in Florida, & hate to run a huge oven, saving energy & $. . I CAN DO EVERYTHING WITH THIS AND LOVE THE ROTISSERIE AND AIR FRY THE MOST. It's just me eating most of the time & I use the rotisserie to cook my dogs food for the week , while Im cooking a casserole myself in the other side ! It heats quickly, cuts down time, quality made! IT DOES NOT GET HOT TO THE TOUCH ON OUTSIDE, very easy to clean, SO QUIET! The recipe book has helped me with meat pounds cook time, everything comes out perfect! I save energy, time & living alone it's so easy & convenient, I cut recipes in half & eat like I did when fed a family ! No trouble at all auto shut off . Wish I could remove my oven because with 2 burns & this thing , I will never need a stove again! I think I'll have 2 cabinets put in, buy 2 countertop burners and give this electric stove & 4 burns away! My kitchen NEVER heats up now while im cooking !

We’ve waited years to find a good air fryer. We’ve done so much research and investigated all the brands from store to the products usage over time. I was surprised that this Emeril endorsed air fryer was top of the list! Typically I don’t trust products in the mechanical side such as kitchenware to a celebrity endorsement. In my experience they are awful! But this has been so cool to have-we’ve become teenagers having fun seeing what we can cook or reheat just to see how well it does! According to the information it is an energy efficient product better than others. While it’s “air frying” , I understand that a big complaint from consumers is the noise during use. But this one - while having the necessary level of noise any machine would have while cooking - is lower than I had thought! Thats a huge plus! Our daughter-in-laws beeps, tones, etc all during its use. While staying there, it drive us crazy! Oh my gif! Let me tell you about how good the food tastes when it’s done!! I put some French fries that had gone cold in the car before I was able to eat them. Rather than be pissed off, I was excited to test the air fryer setting that can make these lifeless French fries back to how they were previously: fresh and crunchy. Let me tell you: they were not only revived to have that satisfying crunch but the flavor was just so good!! It brought back the soggy fries and dried up the sogginess while making it so much better than before! I’m addicted to experimenting with this machine! Love, LOVE it!

Excellent, versatile purchase. Easy to use and clean. Several cooking options. The solid tin rack is cheap and terrible to clean and stains easily. They should replace it with stainless steel or something easier to clean. Everything else cleans up just fine in the dishwasher.

Amazing product, honestly I can't ask for more! Everything promised on the infomercials is accurate. I do not regret this purchase and I don't get paid to write this review but I think it is only fair to express how satisfied I am with this product. It heats up very quickly, its so simple to use. Extremely quiet. I would say it's a bit pricey for me, however, amazon gave me a payment plan that I am comfortable with. My old oven still works but I have burned myself so many times on the hot grass door that opens downward and has metal trim. I finally gave up on it. Well, I am excited on my new oven and happy that the wife loves it too.I say give it a try and I assure you that you will not regret it. If you do change your mind, just send it back!!! My husband and I love,love,love the Emeril Lagasse oven!! I can not express how well the Emeril Lagasse oven works. I m a pretty good home chef but with this oven, my husband says amazing and yummy food BOOM!! Finger licking good!! SLURP!! They do say the way to a man's heart is through his stomach. No joke! The air fryer turns up the heat on bbq chicken, Kansas city ribs, honey mustard chicken thighs that falls right off the bone. Porkloin that is so moist and juicy that your taste buds do a happy dance. With the included rotisserie you don't need to give your cornish game hen and a whole chicken a salt and lemon bath for 24 hour. ( you can if you want to just no need for it) The food will cook perfectly moist on the inside and crispy skin on the outside. Extremely delicious food! The oven cooks corn bread, blueberry muffins, chocolate chip cookies, apple pie like a champ. Next treat I want to try will be homemade bread like my mom makes!! The toaster makes perfect toast, English muffins, tuna or crab melt, spinach artichoke dip simply endless possibilities with this oven. Puts a whole new spin on the classic "easy bake oven". Don't be afraid the try any new or old recipe. You will not be disappointed! Each setting is timed perfectly for anything your heart and stomach desires. The Emeril Lagasse oven is the perfect size and a great addition to our 5th wheel and home use when not traveling. I have used all the accessories that came with the oven and love them all. I was a little disappointed it did not came with the grill it showed in the pictures. I will just purchase that on the side. Note: break down the box for recycling and you will find the operating instructions and additional cooking pans under the Styrofoam packing at the bottom of the box. Each of our 7 adult children will get the Emeril Lagasse oven for Christmas this year! This oven deserves a higher then 5 star rating because it is the rock star of our kitchen!!! Like Emeril says...BOOM!!!

I would’ve loved to give this five stars, but a few things are apparent when I got it.1. It has a scratch on display screen.2. Doesn’t come with a large fry basket and they don’t sell one.3. Went on sale at Amazon before I received fryer, and Amazon refused to meet the sale price.
