I'm an ADA Parking Enforcement Volunteer empowered to to issue tickets. This iorm holder is the perfect hand-held "desk" to easily complete a citation. Well-sprung toothed spring clip holds ticket book securely with no slippage. Stnadard citation books are 9.5" x 3.75", leaving just enough side margin to serve as a rest for your writing hand.Clever bottom-hinged aluminum panel provides a rigid writing surface when bearing down to produce a fully legibile ticket (carbonless 2nd page).Weather-protected back compartment safely stores completed citations.Sadly, a 1 star reduction because the hinge pins have a tendenacy to work their way out of the hinges. This could have been prevented in manufacture by "flaring" the ends of each pin. My Plan B is a drop of Loctite in each hinge-end.

Bargain for a good citation book holder.Scratches easily.Not made with the top quality material as some but still functions fine.Would purchase this item again.

Altho mine said it was new it definitely was not considering it had tickets in it from California. Other than that. Great product does exactly what its designed to do

Perfect for my ticket book and small enough to easily fit in my patrol bag. Only wish it came with a velcro strap to keep the while thing closed. It's not a big deal, but it would be handy to have the velcro.

Could have given a couple of more colors for choice but it does the job it advertises perfectly.

Doesn’t fit ticket book and pretty thin. But I still use it just can’t put anything inside

Had to return due to the sizing, it was just slightly smaller than what I needed. However I would recommend this item.

Like it I don't love it. I use it to write summonses Its light weight and is better than the old summons book made of leather. My gripe is the flap you write on is a little to high on the bottom for my liking but it's not a deal breaker for me.
