This IS the only reasonably priced full spectrum healthy bacteria product I've EVER found. The most important and the most significant thing about these capsules is that they are designed to break down after they leave the stomach, delivering the healthy bacteria to where they are needed the small and large intestine. This is significant as any product that is designed to break down with stomach acid, in the stomach, will, in my view deliver less than the full amount of healthy bacteria to your gastrointestinal tract. Well worth the money and very well priced and letterbox friendly! So no waiting for the postman to knock either. If you also want to enhance the effect of these capsules, eat them with bananas from time to time. The reason why is because bananas contain fructo oligosaccarhides which a sugar that the healthy bacteria love to eat. This means you will also be feeding the healthy bacteria in your GI tract as well as introducing new healthy bacteria to your GI tract at the same time! Basically, when the bananas arrive in your GI tract the healthy bacteria say mmm guys, lunch is here! lol Bananas are 45% carbohydrate though, so are best eaten earlier in the day while your still active!

Good product, I would advise only taking just the 1 tablet (not the 2 a day it says on the pack) to be honest as they are quite potent, when I took two my tummy felt a bit out of sorts, I don't think you need to take the whole pack - one tablet 3-4 times a week felt more than sufficient! These tablets really help with digestion & clearing out your system.

I have only just started taking these as I was waiting for my previous probiotics to run out. I had switched because my old one only had 3 strains and I read that more variety of strains was beneficial. I take probiotics daily now and this has certainly helped reduce instances of IBS and help regularity. After much research I felt these had a good variety of strains and in a reasonable 10 billion dose - when switching I experienced some mild gastric symptoms, which is normal, then after a few days these settled down. Have been taking for around 10 days now and am very happy with them. They are a good price compared to what you can pay, produced in the UK to GMP practices which I like, and the container is ideal - easy for coming into the postbox and easy shape for travelling! Very happy so far.

I bought these because I think I have SIBO / leaky gut, which is a somewhat nebulous problem — I'm not certain either of these is even an official ly recognised diagnosis yet. Anyway, I had read somewhere on my internet travels that Lactobacillus Acidophilus for 6 weeks helps treat SIBO so I thought I'd give it a try. Unfortunately I experienced 'Brain fog' after popping one of these so I abruptly stopped taking them. Proceed with your own judgement.

This product is amazing. I have been suffering with chronic indigestion for quite some time and have taken many over the counter remedies, as well as medication prescribed by the GP, none of which really worked for me. My tongue was always coated despite brushing daily and my chest/stomach always felt uncomfortable after eating. Since taking Troo Latobacillus Acidophilus I am happy to say that Im feeling a whole lot better. My tongue is no longer coated and I have a clean taste in my mouth now. Also that uncomfortable feeling on my chest (as if all the food Ive eaten is sitting in a lump on my chest) is no longer present. I did have high hopes for these tablets, but no a big fat NO! They did not make any difference to my health at all. I have been taking another brand for years and I will be going back to them. And just to confirm how useless this brand is, I done the milk test (see YouTube) and the results were clear to see, these supplements do Not contain any live bactaria. I did contact the Troo Health Care, there reply? "your views will be noted". So company should be renamed as Troo Health Don't Care. Will not be dealing with this type of company again. Do not waste your money, be warned.

Good quality product. It seemed to have settled my gastric system after a few weeks. If you are thinking about trying this, give it a go, you have nothing to lose from this excellent company.

Onto my second purchase of these. 2 every day just before or with my breakfast and I'm happy with the results and contribution to overall health.
