TRELC Ergonomic Design Generic Rubber Mountain MTB Bike Bicycle Handlebar Grips

These grips were simple to fit, they actually slipped on a little easier than I would have imagined. The hand grips are actually kept in place by the end bars and a small nut which you tighten with an Allen Key (supplied).For two days I thought they were great then when I needed to use the end bars on a hill climb one came loose. I have tightened these beyond what you would expect to have to do, I fear one more nip and the thread will give way.I took the bike out again and gave the bar a slight pull and I immediately felt it twitch. It is a shame as the hand grips are lovely but they won't stay in place without the end bars. The end bars are fine to spread pressure when steering (if light weight) but grip them for a hill climb and you will have zero confidence, they could actually be quite dangerous.I will be looking to replace these very soon. I'm going to have to stop reading reviews where the reviewer was given an item for an honest opinion as they are far away from my own findings.

These are fine now that I have positioned them on the handlebar ends properly. At my first attempt , they fell off whilst I was pulling on them on a sharp incline, scattering bits all over the canal bank. I finally retrieved them all and returned to base. I believe the bull horn was not seated far enough into the handlebar end but since there were no instructions with the product and I have never attached these items previously I cannot be sure.Anyway, since repositioning I have had no problems but.... THEY REALLY SHOULD HAVE A DIAGRAM AND MINIMUM INSTRUCTIONS WITH THEM. I have had to overpaint the chips causd by my incident with Hammorite to return the "bulls" to an almost pristine condition !

Good value for money. They're comfy and seem pretty sturdy. They look good too.Update: these are great for me. After an op on my wrist I've found keeping my hands on normal grips for long periods of time to be painful so these allow me to have my wrist in a different position which is great

Arrived quickly and stripped old grips from bike. Fitted easily but found that I could relatively easily rotate grips on bars. took them back off and added a little rubber adhesive then slipped then back on. Tightened allen key on horn and left for 24hrs. Now they seem fine. thanks

Comfy, but tend to twist on the bike on harder downhill sections.

Easy to fit, very comfortable to use.

Really good. Saves a fortune over the one sold in bike stores for 45-50£ Which I already have 2 and the quality is equal.Ive already done about 70 miles over 3 journeys and no complaints. You need to tighten the Allen bolt real tight, but it stays in place fine, then.
