Lots of sporting analogies
The book is full of American sporting analogies which I didn't follow and by half way through the book I had pretty much given up. I do think the underlying message of the book is good, just too sport related for me. I found Caroline Webb's book, How to have a good day, a much more useful and easier read, which is also available on Amazon.

Training techniques
The book goes through a very useful series of strategies to adopt. For example, identifying three things to do the next day and prioritising one of them. It also sets out a strategy for maximising your time, by thinking of your time in smaller units and allocating tasks to do within them. It is quite wordy, but well worth reading!

The 3 and 1 solution
Purchased mainly for work. Has been very useful especially the pick 3 items to do every day and 1 of them is priority. Change small things and evaluate your goals and actions objectively were two very good for me. Only downside a lot of USA sports references.
