Edges have a nice taper to them that give the noodles a beautiful look and texture.These tasted great and absorbed flavor really well.

good, but too expensive for what it is
I bought them for the knife cut shape, they are good noodles, but no better than any other good one in a different shape. At what they cost, I won't buy them again.They also stick together like a brick very quickly after draining, so don't wait with putting them into your sauce/dish.

Directions for cooking are not in English
I have no idea how to cook them because directions are in Japanese and I could not find the directions on-line after an hour of looking. Waste of my money and time. Will never buy again.
