Reassuring to have the oil specified by the engine maker. Would be five star if the bottle had an easier pour lip or device.

I have a mower, that is probably 30 years old, I bought it second hand. the briggs and stratton engine says to use their SAE30 oil and this is all I use. I change it every couple of years and make sure it is always topped up. I can't say if this is a better oil than others, all I can say is the old mower just chugs along for 2 or 3 hours every couple of weeks all year round (a LOT of grass to mow). it doesn't smoke and for me the slight extra cost is way lower than replacing the mower.

I buy this lawn mower oil for my Hayter mower. At the end of the grass cutting season I have my mower serviced which includes the changing of oil which is then replenished with Briggs & Stratton Lawn Mower Engine Oil - I think the mower likes the oil!!!

My mower needed just under what this bottle has inside so it's perfect in case you drop some or spill it a bit. Also leaves a bit left for top up during the year if you notice it needs it.
