I just got this on Monday and today was my first day to use it in the pool I swam about 50 freestyle laps in a 25m pool and the clarity of the music was great, which I was surprised. Luckily the waterproof earbuds fit good because they only give you 1 set but they give you 3 sets of normal earbuds. Since I bought for swimming I would have liked for that to be switched. The controls are plain and easy to use, although they would be better if they were raised up from the rest instead of flat against the moulding for easier feel of differentiating the buttons. The wires that lead from headset to earbuds like other reviews, are the weak point definitely. If this thing breaks or fails I can see that being the place.The music easy to load on the MP3 player itself and easy to charge. I have only used it once ( today) so I don't know how long the battery charge will last yet. I can update later.All in all, for the price, these are really great swimbuds and really are a game changer for me in the pool for exercising. I love swimming laps and this just makes the time go by so fast.

I have gone through two sets of these but I did get good customer support from the manufacturer. The first set the connections on the metal bars of the MP3 player that inserts would not connect well enough to hear all the tracks I would get the music but not voice, or no sound from one earpiece unless I tilted the MP3 section piece and secured it with rubber bands! I got a replacement under warranty and that one lasted a little over a year, the wire on one side has frayed and now I only get sound out of one ear but my 2 year warranty just expired, just found out that the first year runs concurrent with the manufacturer's warranty so it's really only a 1 year extended warranty! So next set I buy I'm getting the 3 year warranty its only $5.99 so I'll get a true 2 years. Overall these are the best ones I found for the price, the design is really great for swimming that there is not a separate unit that you have to clip on, it just sits on the back of your neck and the ear pieces stay in pretty well. However, you will find that you have to play around with your swim cap to make an air bubble around each ear to hear these well underwater.

I have been using my headphones for lap swimming for more than a year. In general I am quite pleased with it, yet I have to mentionsome issues. I am happy with sound and battery life, it lasts for several swimming sessions and I've never experienced an unexpectedly discharged headphones in the middle of swimming pool. I also appreciate the ease of operation - one button for everything. The device is lightweight and looks nice. When I wear it round my neck I almost don't feel it. I prefer to wear it round my neck, not over my head.But nothing is perfect in this world, neither is Tayogo 8GB Waterproof MP3 Player. The underwater earplugs paired with the earphones are not quite suitable for because water gets into my ears and I find them uncomfortable, so I'd prefer a smaller ones. Another issue was in the hardware malfunction, which happened several times. To the credit of the support team that issue was solved immediately. I was instructed in detail how to reinstall the hardware. When the same issue occurred again after the warranty period expired, the company offered me a new device free of charge. This is truly "a customer oriented approach".

I ordered them with the intention of swimming again, but unfortunately I can not give you a more complete opinion because, I can not offer a review of how this MP3 player works because I never had the opportunity to use it really, because I can never connect the headphones to the application, so little I could connect them to the PC, I followed the instructions in the letter, I tried to update the firmware, I contacted the support and none was successful, because the headphones will work. However, they also broke on the side of the slot it enters (I've been very careful to remove it at the sides according to the instructions), so now I understand why the instructions were so insistent on taking care of Do not bend the plastic more than you should, because you know that this is a cheap product. I did not even use them before they broke and exposed the cable. This product is garbage, literally, because that's exactly where I end up. This has been one of the worst experiences with a product I've had.

These have great sound but need to be made with a silicone type plastic, not cheap plastic that cracks the second time you use it. I took it out a couple times to load music onto it and it already cracked beside the slot where it goes in (being very careful to pull it out sideways per the directions - now I understand why the directions keep talking about being careful not to bend the plastic more than you have to. They know it's cheap too!) It was very easy to load music onto, the driver automatically loaded and all I had to do was drag and drop. But I didn't even get to use these in the water before they cracked and exposed the wire so it doesn't matter how good the features are if the housing they are in is garbage. Very disappointed. :-(

I am updating my review after two pairs of players and 3 sets of the headphone parts in 2 years. Honestly, I wish I had bought another brand. When I purchased my first player, it was about $30, which is OK if you have to replace every year. Now, it is $50. To me, it is too flimsy for the price. The headphones lose volume in one ear frequently. I twist and turn them to try to get the sound back. Eventually one of the wires frayed and that headset was broken. So I bought a replacement set of the headphone part, which is working for now, but yesterday it too started with the one ear problem.The actual players are finicky. My first one stopped charging, so I was able to get it replaced by warranty. But the second one is not connecting to my computer anymore. All in all, it has been a lot of trouble. When they work, they work great. When they start breaking down it is a headache.
