I wore this dress to a Filipina debut party and got so many compliments! I wanted something that looked classy but still had that subtle glam, and this dress delivered. The satin fabric is beautiful and looks more expensive in person. It flowed really nicely and had a soft shine that looked great in photos. The ruching is super flattering, it hugged in the right places without feeling tight, and the lapel with the button-down design gave it a more elevated vibe than a basic satin dress. I felt super confident wearing it. I went with the navy color and paired it with some simple heels and gold jewelry, and the whole look came together effortlessly. The dress does run a bit long if you're on the shorter side (I'm around 5'2"), so it looked more like a maxi on me, which I didn’t mind at all, it made it feel even more formal. The slit on the side added a nice touch too, not too high, just right for moving and dancing comfortably. Honestly, it’s one of those dresses you can rewear to other events like weddings or special dinners. It’s comfortable, elegant, and makes you feel put-together without trying too hard. I’m already eyeing another color!

Beware of worn dresses, as it appears that the first dress I received was worn and then returned. Aside from that, this dress was a hit. I got several compliments about the color and the style. The waist does not have a stretch band so you much make sure the measurements match. It’s also closed by buttons and you don’t want those bad boys poppin open. Don’t skip measurements. The material is absolutely gorgeous. It’s very sensitive to body lotions & perfumes but if you put all of that on before wearing and allow it to dry correctly, you should be fine. I’m 4’10 and the dress was perfect in length. The dress is light material so perfect for the dance floor but maybe not perfect for super hot temps as it’s easy to collect sweat. The flow was not flowy but sat nicely. Due to it being a button up dress, you want to wear an under garment in case of accidents. Not once did I have issues with the buttons lol and I even sat down with no issues. It’s very versatile as in wearing fancy heels or some cute sandals for brunch.

This shirt dress is SO flattering! The ruching really adds a nice feminine shape and styling to a simple shirt dress. The tie at the waist adds shape and definition as well. I preferred tying it to the side instead of in the middle because I felt it added too much bulk near the belly when tied directly in front. The sleeve length and dress length are both really nice. I am 5'10" and 145lbs. Usually a size small in shirts and size 8 in pants. The small fits perfectly. Things to know.... the dress is made of a satin type fabric which elevates the looks as compared to a cotton shirt dress. As you can see from the pictures, the dress wrinkles easily. The Other issue is static cling. It is very dry winter conditions here at the moment and my skin is dry, so that is probably contributing to the static issue. One other thing to note is that the dress is a true button down. All buttons down the front are working buttons. The buttons didn't seem like they would come undone too easily to be an issue. But I am considering sewing them shut from the waist down just to be safe. Overall, I absolutely love the dress.

This made for a really comfortable, stylish dress for a wedding. I wouldn't recommend wearing this dress in cooler climates, it is good quality but it's nice and breezy and actually cools you off. There isn't much stretch but this dress is meant to fit loose to gather in all the right places. I sized up and it really was perfect. Like I said, it's a light functional dress. You can dance the night away. It is not lined but the material is completely opaque and very wearable. My stance doesn't do this dress any favors in the picture. It fits nicely to your curves and if you have a little waist you want to show off, this a a guarantee attention getter. 💯

This is an outstanding dress — versatile, elegant, and distinctive. I receive lots of compliments whenever I wear it. I am 5'4" and chose size small, and it fit well with enough extra fabric to drape nicely.

This is a beautiful dress. The material is great and it feels and looks amazing on the body. However, I do not recommend getting this dress in any other color but black. Because when anything touches it, (and I mean absolutely anything!) it stains, it's incredibly visible, and it does not come out in the wash!

Not what I expected in a good way. The BTFBM Shirt dress fabric is a satin which feels durable, has somewhat of a thickness and it was sewn well. This dress is a button down and felt very comforatable wearing. It didn’t have an odor and the cut, shape and design of the dress is very nice,

Beautiful dress. Flattering on my figure. wear a size 8/10 (measurements 36/29/40) usually 150lbs/ 5’7” and M fits great. It is also comfortable. I may buy it in more colours (the emerald green is lovely).

Beautiful dress. True to size- could size down for a more snug/tight fit. I got the large and it doesn't hug tight. Very comfortable! Very light material
