This product really helped me. I took it for a week straight. Two pills in the morning with water. I abstained from coffee and alcohol too. After a week I felt back to normal.

This product does not work for me. I have given it almost one full month, taking it exactly as recommended, and nothing. Heartburn came back came back the first day and has only gotten worse.

This supplement helped a great deal within minutes of taking it.Unfortunately, it contains lemon balm. I found out after I bought the product that lemon balm should not be taken with my thyroid medication. Wish there had been a warning of some type in the product description. I am so disappointed.
