They taste fine but I didn't gain any benefits from taking them. What is really unhelpful is the bottle gives one set of instructions on how to take and the makers website gives you another!

Well, I don’t know - I do detect some improvement, it probably would have helped if I’d stood on the scales first before I tried them, so can’t confirm for definite that I’ve lost any weight, but my jeans are certainly loser than they were and my hairdresser today said she thought I’d lost loads of weight, especially around my tummy area, which is where I was aiming for. She hasn’t seen me for several weeks, and isn’t the sort of person to say that unless she meant it. In fact I’ve been going to her for about 3 years and she’s never alluded to my weight before! So all in all, I think I will try another bottle and actually stand on the scales first this time! The gummies are very pleasant tasting as well, in fact rather yummy.

Waste of money. Looked unprofessional sticker looked tlike it had just been stuck on , it was sealed. It smelt of really strong vinegar not like my previous one I brought from another company, tried one it tasted disgusting and threw them. Gave me a after taste in my mouth.

Don’t waste your money they don’t work at all. Might as well go buy a packet of wine gums. Only gave it 1 star as not allowed to give none
