This coat exceeds my expectations! The material used is thick, warm and very comfortable. The craftsmanship and detailing is top notch and I'm confident I will be wearing this for many winters to come. This is the first order I've made from this company and their customer service is excellent.. I had a problem with the shipping (not their fault) but they worked with me to fix the situation promptly. I'm looking forward to the cold weather so I can live in my new favorite coat for months!
