They don't heat up, and the lift burn out fast
The light inside run low very fast, so I don't think it's well made, I might have to buy a second one soon.

Automatic shut off when door is opened?
The media could not be loaded. Would be nice if there was a timer. But I knew there wasn't when I ordered it. I'm disappointed that the auto shut off when door is opened safety feature doesn't seem to exist as was stated on the sale page and in themanual that came with it.
