What a beautiful dinner service, good looking, good weight, I absolutely cannot recommend enough. On arrival I eagerly unpacked to find a pasta plate damaged, oh no! How disappointing, however...I contacted the company who went above and beyond to help. Their communication was second to none, they arranged to have a replacement sent straight out and offered a token amount as a refund to say sorry. They absolutely deserve 5 stars for quality, looks, value for money and for their after sales communication. You will not be disappointed

Got this set as a gift for a friend who saw the green glaze and fell in love with them. Coincidentally, she also got the larger version of the set from someone else and now has *many* of these dishes and is super pleased. The dishes are indeed lovely! They're well made, sturdy, and have a cozy feel. The delivery was prompt. Interestingly enough, while these were tightly packed in lots of cardboard, there was no bubble wrap, which I think played a part in why two of the items arrived damaged—a dessert plate was broken beyond repair and one of the pasta bowls was chipped. I immediately contacted the Vancasso customer service team to see about getting those two items replaced, which was an easy and straightforward process; the person I chatted to was polite and helpful, and the bowl was taken care of right away (the dessert plate wasn't in stock in this part of the world at the time, but a replacement was arranged). Overall, this was a very nice present for my friend, and my experience ordering it was a positive one!

Lovely dinner set

I wanted rustic pots and I got them! Well made and aesthetically pleasing to look at. I love them! The only problem is I’m afraid to put them all in one cupboard due to the combined weight of them. I ordered a 32 piece set. Good value for money though. Like the quality.

Beautiful set of tableware. Plates and bowls are good sizes, especially the pasta bowls. Each piece is slightly different which adds to the custom made/ luxury feel. Bonus points for being dishwasher and microwave safe!

This dinner set is Really great quality and good size plates and bowls. They’re a little heavy and get hot in the microwave. The colour is exactly as the photo . Packaged very well . overall I’m definitely happy with my purchase

Really looks nice and compliments kitchen. However a few bowls had broken in transit. Therefore will have to take care when handling. I was wondering if I could get replacement bowls ?
