Excellent knives
I have been looking for a set of knives for a while now. I’m very particular so it took me a little longer than normal. These two knives are very sharp. Great to handle and light. I would recommend them.

Really sharp
These are a good set of knives for soft fruits and vegetables. I say soft cause they will bend on tough raw meats and fruits like apples. These knives are sharp and can cut through most things with ease. They are good value though I wouldn’t expect these to last you for years. I have use them a few times with no dulling of the blade. These blades really shine when it comes to maneuvering. You can really slice tomatoes thin which is where these knives shine. Overall they are a good set at a low price.

Not great, but not bad
I was super curious what the heck these were going to be like given the price point. Upon receiving them, it was noticeable that the metal blades are very think and the wood handles seem kind of crappy. I asked my wife to trial them out, not telling her what they cost. Her initial feedback on the pairing knife was that it was good. She had slide some soft fruit and some tomatoes with it, so nothing too challenging but it worked well. Tonight, she trialed the larger knife on raw chicken- one of the tougher things to slice with a crappy knife in my opinion. She said it actually cut OK! Not as well as the single, $20 knife we just got recently, but it did actually cut through raw chicken relatively well! So, I guess, you get what you pay for... these are a bit flimsy, I do not foresee them lasting all that long (due to grainy wood handles and very thin blades), but they are very cheap and work decently.
