I have a medical condition that makes processing food sketchy, even eating food is a challenge. So I try to add good stuff where I can. I purchase this to save money, bit cheaper than buying the smaller quantity. I have used other Spirulina Chlorella before, however since I have been taking this daily and blowing through my bottles I decided to get this super pack.I had to pour this into a large bottle since every time since the opening of the bag triggered my cat and dog to come running over to get a treat. seriously, amusing but I admit to being surprised lol. hey healthy treats for the furkids? Win. lolSo this works well, is a great price, tons of protein in it. Good for everyone but if you have any medical issues that involve not getting enough nutrition I would see about adding this. As always keep your medical team involved in what you take. In my case I have a complex situation affecting several parts of my body so I discuss with all the doctors then try things out ... This is a keeper. I call it my cheat diet since I can be sick in bed, not able to take in much nutrition, but know these small pills will help me getting more than I would normally.If your new to taking this sort of product heads up, this isn't a take 3 pills a day sort of thing lol. They are tiny pills and it says"maintenance take 12 -20 pills per day, protein substitute take 21-30 tablets per day"Sounds scary? it isn't. They are small, I put aside the amount per day I need in a small cup, during the day I grab them like a handful of chocolate (note this tastes nothing like chocolate sadly lol) and by the end of the day they are gone. They are powdery and leave a little green on your hands, all of these Chlorella types do though... not a big deal, just sharing in case your new to this. Superfoods are great. Sneaking them into our diets can help in so many ways. I have made small changes over the years and finally feel much more in control of my health, which was spiraling out of control for so long. This is an easy add on to your diet, and so worth it.

Easy to swallow and good for you. This arrived as promised. 2 days with prime. This is the 3rd round of the product I have taken. They do keep you regular and the first week you will notice green and or dark stools.Maybe an upset stomach but nothing bad.So you know its working.Slight uptick in energy I suppose but not through the roof energy.Definitely seems to boost the immune system. Bad norovirus and flu like symptoms went through the firehouse I work at and I never got sick.Altho I normally don't get sick anyway. I have noticed my skin improved a bit and even seems to be reducing some wrinkles,as noted by some of my friends. Knowing how good this product is for you is enough in itself to take it and believe in it.It treats you from the inside out. I plan to take this for life.So we will see the long term results in years to come. I believe in treating at the cellular level for prevention of disease and sickness.And this to me is the perfect product. I have told everyone I know about this product.(Not to be gross but a year or so ago I had mice in my house over the winter. They found my package of this and ate the whole bag!! And didn't touch the junk food right next to it..)

The most alkaline and nutritional natural food. Using it for years..it helps to reduce body acidity from eating many different foods and especially coffee ( which is talking n*1 on the most acidic .and I am a coffee drinker..

Way to get your greens that you should be eating which I'm not lol seems to help my stomach I do have a lot of stomach issues

I am thoroughly convinced that these are helping me! I was recommended to supplement my diet, by my regular doctor. She said I should get some extra vitamins: D & B plus a probiotic. Well, I really do NOT like the idea of buying individual often elemental vitamins. I am vegan too, and most probiotics are not-vegan friendly. So, I read what the nutritional values are for these chlorella tablets and figured they might do the job just fine if not A LOT better, and also suffice as an effective probiotic. I have to say, I have not felt this much better in decades, since I started taking them about a week & half ago...my usual IBS symptoms are almost gone 100% I used to suffer bad IBS pain & distention DAILY, now, hardly at all, if never again. So far, I am VERY impressed. Plus, my energy levels are greatly improved. I think it DOES have to do with the spirulina/chlorella tablets. I take three with every meal, ( I eat at least 4 times per day) so that amounts to 12 or so a day. I will recommend these for just about anyone. I even sprinkle a few into my salad. I like to the "sushi seaweed type" flavor--it's a little salty, sea-like flavor.

Love this item, it is great for my health . I have just started taking from last month and will post results back in 3 months
