I bought these as a pack of 10 tiless for a suspended ceiling for my porch (residential property). My porch needs 8 tiles of 595x595 mm. The old ones were a lighter material which had some insulation type of backing but worked well for years and never caused any problem. So, I had a grid in place already. So decided to replace them with new ones and thought it would be easy to just swap. However, these new ones of some material which felt so toxic and fragile. These can break before you blink your eyes. Packing was not too bad but regardless, be prepared to find them scuffed, cracked or broken. And if you decide to buy this hazardous material, I would strongly advise to put a mask on first. Anyhow, as the pack was of 10 and I needed only 8, it was not a problem that 2 were already badly scuffed. With my mask on, I managed to put them up (my ceiling is not high at all so that was a plus point) and thought it was worth holding my breath all that time as I knew when I lifted them to porch that they are far too fragile. Unfortunately, from that evening, I could sense a bad smell in my porch and my wife, who is very sensistive to smells said that to me straightaway when she came back from work. We thought we should wait and may be the smell will go away in a day or two, but it did't. We were unable to cope with it. I contacted the seller (Vina Line) and amazon both and shared the issue with them. I was advised to send the 8 unbroken tiles for a refund. I agreed to send them back but in my heart I knew it would be almost impossible to take them out unbroken and even more difficult to pack them. And I could not have been more correct in my judgement. I explained to amazon the problem who kindly agreed to send a msg to selller on my behalf. But I dont think the seller was made aware or understood that there was nothing that I could return and therefore, kept insisting that refund will be issued once we receive the item. I strongly advise not to bother buying this item because: 1. very toxic material 2. very likely to break easily. (almost guaranteed).
