TIGER CAS14-NT Wooden Castanets - Finger Clackers Clappers - Two pairs (4 shells)

Good pair of castanets, bought for Spanish theme dress up. Well made and easy to use

These castanets are really good quality. You get two, they make a lovely, loud sound. My only complaint is that they are a bit stiff. I bought them for my 20 month old son and he can get one to make a sound but it takes a lot of effort. More for adults or children from around 3 up I would say.

They're nice quality and natural wood material. The elastic makes them quite tight but, with use, they'll probably loosen up.

I use them for sound sync since they are light and easy to carry, and quick to use compared to a full clapperboard. For my vlog this is the perfect solution that takes small space in my kit and easy to put away.

When my 7 year old daughter uses them they pinch the palms of her hands. Otherwise they are great.

Fun and perfect for Spanish themed evening

I bought these as it said 2 pairs so I thought I was buying 2 pairs or 4 single castanets. What arrived was 1 pair (1 castanet for each hand). A pair consists of 2 things. Please make that clear. Ps 4 shells does not help a prospective buyer as 1 shell would therefore not make a castanet!

Easy to clack together. Wood smooth no rough edges. Would be better tied together with piece of leather strap then red elastic in a knot
