Nourishing Body Lotion with Kigelia Extracts, 10 Fluid Ounce

I love this body lotion and am on my second bottle of the face lotion as well. It isn't as thick as the face lotion, which is understandable, but goes on smoothly and the scent is of faint apricots with no patchouli at all like the face lotion has a slight amount of.

My skin loves this as it has Kigellia extract for firming in it, BUT, the smell is just WAAAY too strong unfortunately :( I would only give it three stars because of that, but it's so hard to find kigellia extract in body or face products!

Sadly, this lotion smells terrible...somewhat medicinal...and is not super hydrating. I am using it because it was not cheap, but definitely won't buy again.

Love the ingredients, but can't get past the smell.

Arrived much sooner than quoted. The kigelia is the source of the "earthy" smell some customers have referred to, but it doesn't bother me considering how effectively the product firms my skin. Definitely will purchase again.

I bought this for only one reason, we travel a lot. J have a total of four yarba body lotions, this is the only one that is not a pump. I've had a pump open in my suit case and make quite the mess. The investment in one just for travel was well worth it. All of my house hold use one of these lotions and we all love them. They really are great moisturizers, thick creamy and the after residue is not super greasy like some.

Love, love, love it!!! I have finally found THE perfect lotion!! I am so sensitive to lotions, soaps, and detergents, breaking out from just about everything!! But this, my skin loves!!! It does exactly what it says.. It nourishes and you can feel it without that gross greasy feeling!!! The price is awesome (more than fair, especially for organic) and the fragrance is really nice as well, just a nice gentle scent. But my favorite part is that its chemical and toxin free, and made from real ingredients, mainly from AFRICA (which in my opinion is awesome, since it is such an untapped natural resource that hasn't been wrecked by round-up and other chemical/pesticides), so i don't feel guilty putting it on!! Lol I sound like a commercial right now, sorry.. clearly you can see I'm in love!! I'm going to try other things from their line and hope I love those just as much!! Thank you makers of Yorba Organics.. Please don't ever change the ingredients, it's perfect as it is!!!

I love the scent of this lotion!!! Some of the other reviewers said it smells sort of like rose/apricot... I agree. The smell also reminds me of peach/pineapple gummy bears (which are my favorite flavors), which I personally find pleasant and happy. It's not a strong scent, not musty nor perfumey, it's just a fresh light fruity smell that does fade. It does not feel heavy, sticky, or greasy. It's not the LIGHTEST lotion i've ever tried, but it does the job of moisturizing my winter hands throughout the day, and rest of my body after a shower. I applied it to my hands 30 minutes ago and right now my hands feel buttery soft and smooth, and the faint scent that's leftover is making me feel happy on this gloomy cloudy day. I definitely recommend this lotion for basic/everyday use if you like the scents mentioned above and would definitely purchase this again.
