I take this product once daily in the A.M. ,for brain health. Wouldn't want to be without it.

Good for memory

Although the capsules are large, they don't bother me for swallowing. Many of my friends have trouble with that so my initial reaction on opening the jar was "Wow -- those dudes are BIG!".There is no taste to them, so no problem there.Can't judge the effectiveness until I have taken them for a while. One of the things I read was that this supplement is good for burning fat in various places - particularly the liver, but also under the skin and belly fat. I'm in for trying it since there were not any ill side effects I could see. I will try to remember to report back after taking them for a period of time.I'm old and have cellulite that I want to go away. Exercising hasn't eliminated it, so we will try this supplement even though I am not quite sure I can pronounce it properly. LOL

It's nice when you can actually feel a something working! Shortly before purchasing and taking this I had never even heard of it before but upon taking it I could feel it working and my lab results aggreged with my assertation.

While the product's potency meets my expectations, approximately half the bottles I received contained capsules coated in a greasy film. Needless to say, this makes them ill-suited for use in pillboxes.

So far so good, my brain feels less foggy.

Be mindful and do your homework. Great but also can feed cancer in patients and people.
