started using this during my chinese food period. everybody knows soy sauce but mirin is one of those secret ingredients that gives chinese food it's distinctive delicious unique flavor. I use it for marinades, salad dressings, and as a condiment.

I’ve only used it once and not for the dish that I had purchased this for, but it was some really great sauce that I made to go on a ribeye steak. It was great. Definitely will buy more when I run out of this.
