Whilst the very determined thief will work very hard to steal something he really wants, there are some key security measures you can take to make that so difficult that he will probably go and look for an easier target. Chief amongst these is to use a very strong hitchlock that puts the towing hitch out of action. We spent a lot of time looking at the best way of making a hitch lock that really works and we are pretty proud of the result. This super strong hitch lock has these key features that add up to make it one of the best we have seen - Made of 8mm thick powder coated steel for extra strength - The locking bolt is 16mm diameter to make it tougher - Works best on the Bradley type hitch (with the handle on top) - The lock is suspended underneath the unit and free hanging, which makes it very hard to drill or get to.
