A solid and well finished cabinet. No dents or floors in the paint work. This is the thicker metal version and worth the extra, I think. I paid the fee for assembly as I am particularly busy and it was brought ready assembled apart from the shelves. Ample space for my needs.

I ordered this to replace my old storage in the store room. The narration mentioned heavy duty however it’s no way close to heavy duty. Issues - 1. Look wise it’s good but the metal is very thin. 2. Received a dented product that too at the corner which affects the rigidity of the product 3. Locking mechanism is open from the inside. I have never seen open lock mechanism. This can easily be damaged if there is something obstructing the way inside the storage 4. Usually metal cupboards have the back in one piece giving it strength. On this one the metal was two parts which is no way suitable for such storage units. Now on the delivery front, I had ordered Amazon service with installation which included instant return if not found suitable or damaged. Here the problem was delivery team said we are here only to deliver and cannot take back. For that I have to contact customer service. This was absolutely the opposite of what I paid for. Contacting Amazon customer service was really painful. I was on call with them for 45 mins explaining the problem and they transferring me from one person to another. Finally the last person who came on call said they will pick up the product same day but no one turned up. At night I again contacted customer service and they said the pick was scheduled for next day (which means the person whom I spoke before had lied to me). Finally next day after one more follow up they picked up the order. The problem was I received a cheap and defective product. Plus the additional service which I had paid for was not provided. Plus they left such a big storage unit at my home creating enough hassle. My house looked like a mess during that time and imagine with toddler around it becomes quite dangerous. Amazon needs to meet the service standards they charge customers for and their customer service shouldn’t tell lies. Very disappointed with Amazon as well as the product

The whole point of this unit, is that it could lock.... I paid for assembly too. So now it's assembled and I have no key.... ive asked for a return. Let's see how this goes and I suppose I will need to try again. Before the assembly team starts to assemble your unit, make sure there is a key first. SMH

Good quality and shelves are adjustable The only issue the catalog printed is not clear at all and waist ur time to assemble the parts Assembly is easy but u need to figure out every part in the right place I have ordered 2 units, first one took me 2 hours to understand how to fix it, second one i fixed it in 10 min 😅👌

لم يتم ارسال نفس الدولاب كم في الوصف بل جاءني دولاب بباب من الزجاج في الأمام وهوا مخالف لما طلبته

لايوجد تعليمات للتركيب وصعوبة بتركيب بعض الأجزاء ويوجد طعج في اماكن التركيب ولكني لم ارجع الدولاب لحاجتي إليه وحدوث بعض الطعج من قبلي أثناء التركيب الذي أخذ كثير من وقتي وجهدي. يا ليت عند توصيله يتم تركيبه للمشتري بدون مقابل مالي حتى تتضح كل الملاحظات ولضمان حق المشتري لأنه دفع مبلغ وقدره.

Complete waste of time and effort. The product comes in dismantled state. And for some reason they have squeezed installation guide in one page with prints so fine that you can't even read. Just inkspots on paper. Tried installing on my own for 2 hours but panels won't fit. Iritating. They should discontinue selling it and save everyone from the circus of ordering and returning.
