I'm not sure if they've helped prevent cavities yet. I'm on my second batch (with ~ 6 months difference). My last dentist appointment was the day after I finished the first batch and my next isn't for a few weeks. The taste is a little bitter at the end but other than that not bad. Helps the Dry Mouth
Seemed to have helped in the Dry Mouth problem but they advise to not overuse. The taste is Not off putting at all. So, I'll wait. Will purchase again.

Cleared up my infection
I had some bone replaced in my jaw and afterwards was on several antibiotics to kill the bacteria. The infection never went away. So I ordered Loloz. After taking Loloz for 14 days the infection was gone and has never returned!! I highly recommend them. And the orange ones are yummy tasting too!
