I bought this as a present for my partner. The oil itself is apparently fab - very effective offering a clean, close shave with less irritation. Only issue has been with the bottle - the lid didn't properly secure for travelling, which is fairly important for us. The seller has been super helpful however, and the product seems good quality and (provided it doesn't leak away) good value for money.

I'm actually quite upset because I can no longer find this product on Amazon anymore and to me it is really the best pre shave ointment you can use. The oil soaks in to the pours of the skin and really does give you a super smooth shave. You won't feel any rashes, no ingrown hairs or roughness. Just a really clean and silky smooth shave. Top 5 star product! Only thing I would recommend is a different lid system because I travel a lot and once or twice the lid has opened pouring out oil all over my other products. So if the packaging can be fixed I would be giving 6 stars out of 5! I can't imagine shaving without this.

This is one of my favourite oils. When I first started using it i didn't get great results but using a slightly greater amount, it worked well. This is my second order of the product, so I'm happy with it. My only slight niggle is that the white plastic top that sits under the cap has become dislodged from the top by the time I opened it, so I had to use a screw to remove it from the cap. Other than that, love it.

Having recently switched to using a safety blade double razor I was keen to find a product that offered lubrication whilst being easy to apply. This product is brilliant...Just use a small amount massaged into the stubble before applying shaving cream...Well worth the price

Nice item, smells good. I use it with shaving cream for a wet shave and on its own for an electric shave.

Awesome gel, really worth using before lathering up to give a much better shave. I experimented without using a shaving gel and there is such a difference to the whole experience. For what it costs, don't skimp on this essential product.

Love the aromas of the oils, helps me get a cleaner shave and ZERO razor burns, which is the main reason i always use this!

Gran aroma, no deja la piel pringosa pero en cuanto a protección y deslizamiento nada del otro planeta, aceite prebarba normalita, las hay mejores pero son más caras.

I try everything shaving.. No matter what reviews say, I'll try it for myself concerning shaving products. My decision after using many oils is I wouldn't recommend this one unless you just like the smell of it.. As a pre shave oil, it's only oily or remotely slippery for your blade for about 2 minutes and it dries/soaks in so quickly that causes the opposite effect.. You end up with Drag on the Razor..If you're dead set on your using this because of its smell, you better have your soap lathered to perfection and have everything ready because you don't have time to mix up soap and lather, prep your other items, then shave. Do ALL the prep work first. If you enjoy it like me, I don't like to rush any of the process so this pre shave oil is out for me.That said, everyone has different skin types and pores, so you can make up your own mind, but understand that it'll dry in FAST.

$16 was the price when i got this. Im a barber and use it for shaves about 0-5 shaves a week.This lasted almost two months.I use a nickel size in my palm for each client every clientIt says two ounces. I wish there was more.My only complaint is at the new price it no longer feels right to buy. I dont understand why preshave has to be so expensive for a small amount.

I have tried other pre shave oils before and I have to say this ranks #1. It lifts my hair to give me a better shave and allows the smoothness of the razor to glide while I am shaving. I am using Shaveology's Shave cream and that is another review. I will continue to order Shaveology products going forward and I feel that I found my shaving product that I will use on a daily basis.

This is my first time using this brand, the product itself works great and i like th scent, the reason im giving 3stars is because the container leaks bad, i took this to my gym trip to shave after workout, and when i opened my bag a great amount of liquid spilled, also happened with the shaving cream so i had cream and oil all over my bag big disaster!! i cleaned and closed tight thinking that was the problem but no, they need to step up their game on containers.

First off, I have to mention I am a bald man who opts to shave the remaining follicles on on noggin instead of masking the reflection of my scalp.I usually purchase my shaving products from the Art of Shaving, but time did not allow for a trip to the mall. After searching numerous stores while shopping, I decided to purchase this product online. Having been out of shave oil for a week, the dead ruins of my once glorious head of hair had grown longer than I am comfortable with. Using this product in conjunction to my safety razor honestly gave me the closet shave with no scalp or cheek irritation. I am excited to continue to be a customer of these products.

I've enjoyed using this product, it does its job well. It's definitely pretty thick oil, It will leave a film on your hand that's fairly hard to get off. It's definitely thicker than the pre-shave oil I have used in the past. If you've got sensitive skin, I think this would be a great product for you because it does add a real layer of protection

I used Truefitt and Hll (better than AOS), and the Art of Shaving (not bad) pre-shave oil prior to this product. This product is the best pre-shave oil I have ever used. Having sensitive skin, it is important to have the best pre-shave products available. This is very thick, and a quarter's worth works wonderfully for each shave. Makes shaving easier and more enjoyable. Strongest possible recommendation. Try it. You will not be disappointed. Good luck.

Oil works nice and is comparable to other oils I’ve used. My only issue was the bottle it comes in. When dispensing the oil it drips a little down the side of the bottle so I needed to wash the outside of the bottle occasionally.

Not for me. Didn't notice a difference using it or not after washing my face and using a scrub. Was too hard to get oil off my hands to shave. Maybe I'm just not an oil person. Price and shipping were great tho.

Hubby swears by this product. Tried in on a whim hoping to help with single blade shaving. It works wonders. Only using a small amount it goes a LONG way. For the amount you get the price is right compared to other products tried.

Smells great. I have used this with and without shave gel. Combined provides a great shave, also works well as a stand alone with w few days of stubble.
