The adjustment clasp on these does not grip the elastic material enough to prevent the clasp from sliding under tension. The result is that they will work themselves loose over time, especially of you prefer more tension. They the elastic will slide enough through the clasp to the point where it becomes stable, so they will not become all the way loose but will not be as tight as you want them. Also, these are very uncomfortable.

Overall I think that they will be fine, just received them and haven't the opportunity to use them because they are too long, I am 5'11" and i will probably have to put about a 2" hem in them for them to work as designed. But the clasp seem solid and elastic seems to be a heavy duty type so that is good. The ones I use in the military wore out usually quick within about 2 months. Theses look like they will last a real long time

These are great for keeping my shirts tucked in, and my socks stay up too! Very comfortable. I don't notice they are on except for some sitting situations. They look well enough made that they should last for a while. I have worn them for around 2 weeks now.

The adjusting clips have sharp edges that will dig into your skin. I had red marks on my legs after wearing them for a few hours. I have used other shirt stays with no problems. Don't waste your money on these poorly designed shirt stays.

Fit well after adjusting the clips are very tight and keep my shirts looking well.

One of the claps broke the second time I wore it. I am prior military so I know how to wear them. It was either poorly made or cheaply made.

Why didn't I know about these 20 years ago?
