This is a great mouthwash. It whitens my teeth and my mouth feels fresh for hours. My gums feel much better when I use this mouthwash everyday.

This paired with a nice floss and daily brush makes you feel like you just got back from the dentist. I take a medication that makes my mouth dry which in the long run caused gingivitis. I tried this because Colgate stopped making a mouthwash specifically for gum care. I actually like this Crest better. It has a cool clean flavor and it does the job on the gums.

I have receeding gum problems and have had gum surgery. I take my gums seriously now. This mouthwash in conjunction with a gum-friendly toothpaste have brought me to a point of not getting more sensitivity or more recession. It also freshens my breath and gives my mouth a clean fresh feeling. My husband likes it too even though he doesn't have gum problems.
