Ameriwood Home Emmett TV Stand/Coffee Table for TVs up to 42" wide, Weathered Oak

I must say this is perfect for my needs. I have a smaller "man cave" and was looking for a tv stand that wouldn't dominate the room. It looks great, the finish is just right, and holds my 32" TV with no problem.Assembly was simple. The screws slipped in easily by hand then I tightened them with the enclosed wrench.The veneer is of higher quality than some reviews would indicate. How it would stand up to the wear it would receive as a coffee table I don't know. One could upgrade the wood relatively easily. The shelves are 3/4" thick and screwed in from underneath. I considered doing so myself, until I saw the finish and considered that as a TV stand it would not experience a lot of wear.I am very pleased with the purchase and have no qualms about recommending this product.

I bought this to use as a TV stand in our bedroom, which has a platform bed, and it's the perfect height. The modern/industrial look added a ton of style of our room. I was super impressed with the quality, the metal frame is sturdy, heavy and durable. It has a thick coat of black paint that wasn't chipped or flaking anywhere, and looks like it will hold up well to dings and bumps. The screws included for assembly were also solid and hefty feeling, not the cheap, bendable junk you get in some of these cheaper diy furniture pieces. It has a center support piece and easily holds our 40 inch TV. This piece would be great in a kids room for toy storage or with some throw pillows as a reading bench. It's also the perfect height for use as a shoe bench in an entryway. Would easily accomodate some baskets underneath for hats or gloves. The laminate top unscrews if you wanted to put real wood in it's place. Can't beat the price, this one is a winner! I'm checking out their other collections I'm such a fan!

This is a very nice TV or coffee table with a rather unique design that fits well in a room with contemporary furniture. It was packed well, directions are clear, pieces are marked, assembly is easy. Unfortunately both the top and middle boards had a series of white streaks going crossways, not too serious when stereo components are on them, but still a disappointment. Perhaps the most serious restriction, repeated several times in the instructions is a weight limit of 50 pounds (not mentioned, I think, on the Amazon page), or a flat screen TV of 42" (which is mentioned). I think those limits are about right since the metal channel supports are only ½" square or U-shaped. The unit is certainly sturdy, doesn't wobble and looks quite handsome. The price is reasonable and I'm pleased with the item. Four stars because of the weight limits and the slightly damaged tops.

We were looking for a coffee table from some time but something in budget. Looked around multiple stores and websites but nothing really caught our eye. Then my husband shortlisted few tables and this was one of those.I really liked the table design and it had good reviews as well. So Thought of going ahead with it.The table is really good piece, classy design, good quality and I believe it can sustain good weight.The only thing I found little off was the finishing of metal framework and the top of the table. Table top is not really smooth as it should be and same with the frame.

Package arrived very beat up with holes in the box - and a large crack in one of the wood panels. I got lucky that the cracked panel faces down and not up. Otherwise stand looks great and was very easy to put together. Fairly study, I have a small 30in tv and it fits great.

Nice aesthetic. The wood is a little darker and grayer than it appears in the pictures, and is not actually solid wood. It is some sort of cheep veneer or composite coated board. It looks fine, but you can tell it's a little cheap.It's fairly easy to assemble and stands a reasonable height and girth. It is comfortable holding the weight of a TV and speaker on one shelf, but I would not go much further than that for fear of cracking the board in half.Overall a good value if you are careful to not overload it and careful not to scratch the non-wood.

It is very sturdy but not very easy to assemble as other products. It's not extremely hard but if you are looking for a very easy assembly, it won't happen. I found myself making a few mistakes and having to re-build a couple of sections. The table however is very sturdy. We have a small 32in TV, a console and some accessories in my daughter's bedroom and they all look good and stable.

I have look for the perfect table for my place and it looked more expensive than what I could afford. The look was right and the price was right. IT also well made. Love it!

Cute piece, easy to assemble, and decent quality.

Purchased June 2019- very disappointed with quality of finish-coffee table : the top corner of table started to fade....too late to return or refund ? Will not purchase from this company in the future. 1star!
