Just terrific for my needs
Just about perfect for my coffee and cereal needs. I was discouraged by the price and then realized that I need just 1/2 cup of powder makes a quart of milk! And it blends easily, with no clumps.

Good milk
I use it to make my smoothies and to make chocolate milk. It's pretty good tasting. I use two tsp. Per serving. But it says you can use 2 tbs. It's fat free and sugar free an it’s still awesome, I tried a lot of other brands, I didn’t enjoy, then finally found this. Hey it doesn’t hurt to try it!

Bueno
Está bien pero el sabor es muy intenso para mi gusto además se hacen grumos. He probado mejores. No me hincha. Cumple función.

Not lactose free I think
I’m pretty sure this is not lactose free or doesn’t have enough lactase in it. I had a very bad gut reaction a few hours after drinking it. Too bad. I really needed a powdered lactose free milk to have for travel.

Nice to have around.
This review is for: Nonfat Dry Milk Powder for Baking & Coffee 16oz - Lactose Free Milk for Adults, Non-GMO, rBST Hormone-Free, Good Source of Protein and Calcium, Substitute For Liquid MilkThe first thing I tried with this is stirring it into hot chocolate. Did NOT work. It turned into big solid, rubbery lumps that I had to strain out. So I don't know if it just does not mix into anything hot or if it was the hot chocolate that was the problem. In any event, I'm not going to try stirring it into anything hot anymore.Tried it in cold water and it was fine. So maybe the temperature is the ticket.Tastes good. It's nice to have on hand in case I need milk for a recipe or something as I don't normally keep fresh milk on hand.Hope this was helpful.
