I used mine for close to a year now and have enjoyed using it. Size wise its on the smaller size but if you curl your knees to your chest then I am able to get my shoulders underwater as well. As with most of the inflatable cold plunges this doesn't stay cold for very long but unless you're spending significantly more money this is to be expected. Mine has developed a slow leak recently so I will be replacing this soon with something more permanent. If you are curious about cold plunging and want to get your feet wet without spending thousands of dollars then something like this is a good option, if you already enjoy cold plunges and are looking for something more permanent then IMO i would opt for a rigid structure with more insulation, otherwise this a great option for beginners

I love this thing. worth every penny. Been doing it a week straight and have already noticed a huge decrease in some knee pain and overall soreness from working out and being active. The quality is great, the bottom seems padded or cushioned, and is comfortable to sit in. I'm 5'8 and have plenty of space. I like to submerge my head and work on hold my breath. I found it helps you focus on something other than the cold. I also specifically bought it for the lid and the marketing of "change it every four weeks" I also bought a electric thermometer and its kept the water in the 61-63 degree range. I used ice cold water and three bags of ice when i first fille dit up. I could add more ice to get it colder but i haven't. I also live in Colorado and it's been a rainy few weeks. and my patio is covered and faces north/ little sun exposure. My only complaint is that I've recommended this product to a bunch of people and it seems to be unavailable! Great product and I wish more could invest in the company and support them.

This was super easy to set up. Took me about 15 mins and the hardest part was getting the tube around the top pumped up. We put it on top of a wooden pallet and it fits on there great. We live in norther US and the temp in the tub, which is in the shade most the day, hovers around 65/70. We do add ice each time and it cools down fairly well. I would like to get it a little colder, under 60 but I’m the summer it’s not possible without having to get ice everyday. We have been putting frozen water bottles and gallon bags of frozen water to cook it down. You probably have to do that at least an hour before getting in. I’m 6 feet tall and fit fine in it. I can get my shoulders under the water. The cover is nice and the drain on the side is super handy.

It's great for muscle recovery and sore backs - a game changer. I get in after jogging or playing sports. It's reduced aching a ton! If you live in a hot climate, getting enough ice will become part of your life. There are solutions though. Unfortunately, just before its 1 year anniversary, it now has water trapped in the bottom of it. We've been careful with it, and I don't know how it got there. I'm afraid it's going to get nasty, be hard to care for, and it's now not portable without lots of effort. Any solutions out there?

POSTED 5/27/23 Well if you could not tell by my face - I absolutely LOVE this pod. I broke this review down to (4) areas: Setup Usage Maintenance Portability SETUP - I had this installed in the backyard deck 15 minutes - took my time to read the instructions - east to digest and right to the point - it’s a pod - fill it up - and go USAGE - Using for about 30 days, I look forward to my morning - cold plunge therapy has helped my neck/shoulder pain and injury in my left shoulder from an accident - I ALWAYS put the cover on when not in use - the draw string is great, but I do wish the cover was tighter in the top - it tends to sag in the middle, so I imagine rain water would collect - luckily it does not rain here as much but knowledge sharing! MAINTENANCE - With any consumer product - everything needs a bit of T.L.C. (Tender loving care) - I empty the water out every 2 weeks - only using cold temp hose water. I use a small rag to clean inside and outside (leaves, debri, etc). - Total clean time: 30 minutes - Total fill time: 5 minutes (depending on how much water you need) - Water mark: I used a sharpie to mark where to fill the maximum water levels to PORTABILITY - I took this out camping once and it was pure bliss - No one around me - just the pod and my personal therapy I would highly recommend this to anyone! As of my posting I see it is currently unavailable BUT I will continue to share in hopes it’s due to supply/demand. Cheers and thanks for plunging with me!

Worst product ever. This is a scam and not the brand they are referring to in the pictures and title. It does not insulate at all and material is very very poor quality.

Muy fácil de montar. Una vez llena no se mueve del sitio. Es más que recomendable poner la tapa para que el agua no se ensucie. El borde hinchable es cómodo. Fácil vaciado para poder limpiarla.

Absolutely love my cold pod ice bath. Took me 5 minutes to set up easy instructions and the pump that comes with it to blow the inflatable ring at the too which is a great addition when it comes to set up. The handy carry bag it comes in when you first get it out of the box is so small I wondered how big the actual tub would be but once I got it out and set up I quickly realised the tub is massive and can easily fit in and dunk my full body no trouble. Very happy with it and when it's packed down in to the carry case it's nice and compact and I can take it anywhere. Cannot wait to keep using it and learn more about the benefits. I've been training hard lately and getting straight in to this after a hard run or ride helps me to feel refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend the cold pod. Oh and FYI the thermal cover is nice and light and easy to put on once you're done. Give it a go you won't be disappointed

The tub arrived with no lid. There was no logo on the side and the inside colour was different to the image. I assembled it and it felt very flimsy, it didn’t resemble the picture at all, or a tub for that matter- it looked kind of like a deflated bouncing castle. I filled it with water to see if that added any rigidity or structure, and it did not. The tap at the bottom leaked. Honesty, this tub is worth about €20 at most. Don’t waste your money, get something else. A barrel maybe. A barrel would feel more luxurious . I’m returning the tub. P.S. seriously, the barrel wouldn’t need to be new or even clean to achieve a more luxurious feeling than this product.
