Aesthetically, this fan controller is excellent. It feels and looks very well put together.Sadly, functionality does not match the aesthetics... every button press is accompanied by a very loud beep, and requires far more force than should be necessary.The controlling of fans and the reporting of fan speeds is decidedly inaccurate;Firstly, while you can drop the speed of any fan to zero (many controllers do not allow this), the most you can set it to is 50%. Why?! This cannot seriously be correct.Secondly, the fan speeds shown were completely wrong. Setting two identical fans to 50% reported one spinning at almost 1500rpm, and the other 900 rpm. Looking at the fans, it was evident that neither was spinning very fast. Something was definitely not as was supposed to.Given that the unit I received was opened before, clearly I wasn't the first to have these problems. For such a high price, I was expecting more.

it is what it is, box was not as new but product appears immaculate, i will know more when pc built ;-)

Mine was damaged, but it worked.It had been dropped and the left side panel [Which screws onto the PC case] was bent. I managed to straighten it.You do need patience to secure the heat sensors and I have changed the position of two of them once.The instructions are useless, I tried to find out what the WiFi connection does, it seems to be of no use!To be honest I would need to try another brand to compare pros and cons.
